Pros:

Viežbutis arti jūros.

Cons:

Gavome kambarį beroc (401) smyrdandtį pelėsiais, bet taip stipriai, kad nelabai suprantu, kaip galima išviso apgyvendinti į tokius kambarius, juk tai žmogaus sveikatai kenkia, labiau nei rūkymas. Bet paprašius pakeisti kambarį, jis buvo pakeistas, kitą rytą. Maistas besikartojantis, paprastas, švediškas stalas. Kambariai atrodo ne taip kaip nuotraukose, truputį prisigavau, jie taip atrodė prieš 10 metų :) . Gatvėje didelis triukšmas, anksti ryte ir iki velyvo vakaro. Labai nepatiko tas, kad grindys nesuprantu ar ten plaunamos, nes baltos kojinės momentiškai, pasidaro nebaltos :) Visą kitą normaliai.

Nice location and wonderful staff, however the room had serious mold problems and no proper ventilation
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and the price was very good for what you get. The staff were absolutely wonderful – everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. I also appreciated the small touches like having coffee available. The Aqualuna pool area was amazing, and overall it’s a nice place for a vacation. The room was cleaned every day, which was great.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was a lot of mold, especially in the bathroom. There is no proper ventilation, so nothing dries, and opening the window feels uncomfortable because there is no privacy (people can see inside). The sound insulation is very poor – you can hear everything. The mattresses were sliding and not stable. We expected a hot tub, but there wasn’t one. The indoor pool was very small, and the saunas were not working. Also, the room could use bigger trash bins. Overall, the mold issue was a major downside.

Pros:

Location was good (close to Ponsoby station and Sliema ferry), beds were comfortable.
The melon at the breakfast was very good.
The reception staff was very welcoming and profesional, they tried their best to help with the rooms issues we noticed.

Cons:

The reception was at another hotel (The Strand) which was just around the corner, which, while not an issue, it did allow us to see a discrepancy between hotels' and compared to where the rooms of Urban are located, it felt like we were back in some unkempt student dorms.

Building aside (very narrow staircase, barely functioning elevator), the rooms we were given had mold and insects. We requested to be moved at The Strand (even at extra cost) which was possible after 1night stay (at no extra cost). For the room with mold, my friends got another room at Urban while we remained where we were first accommodated as there were no other availabilities. During that night at The Urban however, the AC did not function in either of the rooms we stayed in.

Breakfast room is also at The Strand, so you need to cross the street to get there. The food variety was not much, same things daily and coffee was definitely something we did not like collectively.

Ps: one of the rooms at The Strand had cockroaches, so we couldn't get rid of insects after all.

Pros:

hotel bi dobio čistu desetku i više, udobno, čisto, lokacija top, doručak izvrstan, svakodnevno čišćenje, kupatilo extra...ali, ako rezerviramo 3 -krevetnu sobu jednostavno ne mozemo dobit bračni krevet i pomoćni ležaj..istina je i da se nismo bunili ali trokrevetna DELUXE koju smo rezervirali se tako ne moze zvat ako odrasla osoba spava ko siroče na pomoćnom ležaju...ovo nam je bio drugi put u Urban Roomsu, prvi put nisam niti ostavila recenziju jer smo zbog problema sa strujom 3 puta u 5 dana mjenjali sobu...vratili smo se drugi put i opet problem...ako se ikad vratimo na Maltu ovaj hotel će opet bit naš izbor, ali isto tako želim da ostanu zabilježene neozbiljnosti...

everything was great. the location is great, the service was great, the staff was more than friendly. sandra from the restaurant helped us a lot. which locations to visit in Malta and she is very friendly. all in all it was great

Pros:

Przestronny pokój, pomocna obsługa. Smaczne śniadanie, choć i nie bardzo urozmaicone. W słabą pogodę, można skorzystać ze strefy wellness.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, tuż przy zatoce, wokół dużo sklepów, barów, na przeciw supermarket, przystanki autobusowe. Bardzo przyjemny pokój, dobrze wyposażony, przestronny, bardzo czysto, codziennie sprzątano, zmieniano pościel i ręczniki. Na recepcji można trafić na obsługę w języku polskim wg grafiku.

Cons:

Jedynym minusem były monotonne śniadania, to samo przez 7 dni.
