Chester is a beautiful town with a lovely atmosphere it would of been nicer to have a relaxing morning able to lie in
Pros:

It had a nice atmosphere

Cons:

Being central we were woken early both mornings with bottles being collected and the Christmas markets being taken down, trucks pulling up, people shouting

Good location but...
Pros:

The location was perfect ,staff pleasant.

Cons:

Tbf, what we paid for the room was fair . The room and bathroom were very tired but clean ,tv was ancient and bed not great zipped in middle making a gap and duvet didn't fit the cover so lots of fighting over that through the night. Also, there was lots of noise in the building throughout the night. I had no idea what that was about.cheap room, so it was fine for one night, but I would prob go back to paying more for somewhere nicer next time.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location & staff.

Cons:

The room was tired and pretty tatty, the bed wasn’t made up properly and the bed sheets etc didn’t fit well. Flat very used pillows.. carpet looked grubby and could do with a good clean.. the toilet looked uncleaned..and the shower didn’t look clean either.
