Chester flying visit
Pros:

The location, right in the heart of the city & a short walk to Storyhouse, where we had tickets for a show. The breakfast was fine, plenty of choices & the eggs benedict were especially great.

Cons:

Our room wasn't serviced during our 2 night stay. Not usually a problem, if we know in advance, but we were told about it. Not making the bed isn't an issue, but getting clean towels & changing the tea cups would have been nice, especially as the cups got heavily stained.
We ran out of milk by first morning & I got some more in the afternoon, but in a jug, not the milk sachets. With the room heating being on it was impossible to keep the milk cool & it had gone off by the second morning.

Great. Would definitely stay again if visiting Chester.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Great food. Excellent location for theatre, racecourse and exploring the city.

Cons:

Can be noisy during the night and first thing in the morning but that’s to be expected when in a city centre.

Pros:

Great location, breakfast was good and value for money. Room was large.

Cons:

Very noisy at night and first thing in the morning from the pubs below and nearby & deliveries from 6am onwards. Didn't realise there would be no shower gel but used the hand soap.
