The location was not ideal but the staff and the room were fine.

Great location and value
Pros:

Perfect location. Very convenient and great staff. Very spacious room rooms with everything that you need.

Cons:

The bed and the pillows were not very comfortable they were okay for a night, but they weren’t the comfiest.

Great location, breakfast was good and value for money. Room was large.

Cons:

Very noisy at night and first thing in the morning from the pubs below and nearby & deliveries from 6am onwards. Didn't realise there would be no shower gel but used the hand soap.

Great. Would definitely stay again if visiting Chester.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Great food. Excellent location for theatre, racecourse and exploring the city.

Cons:

Can be noisy during the night and first thing in the morning but that’s to be expected when in a city centre.

Fantastic location, helpful staff but the actual room was dated, the bed was way too soft and the bath towels were tiny.

Pros:

Great location for city and Storyhouse. Friendly staff. Good sized room.

Cons:

Mattress had definitely seen better days. Springs were evident. Luckily, with just me, I could sleep on the less worn side. Bath towel was a little small for a larger lady.
