Great value for money and nice room.
Pros:

Bed, desk and lamps were all great. The room was nicely decorated. Location was great, close to tram stops and supermarket. Communication with the hosts was clear.

Cons:

The wet-room style shower was a bit difficult, as the water does go all over the floor of the bathroom.
There were not enough accessible plugs in the room in convenient places- so bring an extension?

Fint, men undvik källarrum kalla vinterdagar.
Pros:

Verkligen fräscht rum och kök.

Cons:

De borde tyvärr inte hyra ut källar-rummen när det är kallt vinterväder förrän de gjort något åt kallraset från englasfönstren som sitter så att det kommer rakt ned i sängen från två håll. Riktigt synd på ett annars fint boende.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere sia la zona universitaria che quartieri più centrali con molti ristoranti, semplicità del check-in fai-da-te, comfort della stanza (tanti cuscini, coperte, TV davanti al letto, etc.), pulizia, bagno con pavimento riscaldato, connessione internet facile e stabile, prezzo ben conveniente, tranquillità nella struttura e nella zona. Non ho usato la cucina comune, ma ho visto che era fornita e organizzata.

Cons:

Diversamente dalla foto della prenotazione, la camera era nel seminterrato e a letto era singolo, solo due canali erano visibili, ma si tratta di dettagli trascurabili perché era comunque molto confortevole e pulita.

My stay was good, everything was simple and clean, and the price was good.
Pros:

This old room was well renovated, the design was very good. And the price was OK for what was offered.

Cons:

I would expect to have a bench for the suitcase - it could be placed under the the hanging rack, at the foot of the bed. Also I wish that the window is more accessible for opening/closing.

Stanza molto accogliente in stile nordico con tutto il necessario, pulita. Location non proprio in centro, ma comoda ai servizi e situata in un quartiere molto carino.

Pros:

The property was spacious and clean, the staff were easy to contact and very quick to reply.

Cons:

There were no staff on site but this didn’t seem to be an issue

Fräscht och perfekt läge!
Pros:

Det var fräscht, bekväma sängar, bra läge och bra med tillgång till parkering. Väldigt smidig incheckning.

Cons:

Väldigt udda kanaler på tv:n, som jag inte lyckades förstå om jag kunde ändra. Men det var inte ett jättestort problem.
