Pros:

Leider ist das Hotel eher eine Jugendherberge, was bei dem Preis sehr enttäuschend war.

Die Zimmer sind lieblos eingerichtet, hellhörig, das Bad hatte keine Lüftung, das Wasser in der Dusche war oft kalt, eine Lampe war kaputt. Unser Fenster zur Straße hin war nicht isoliert, man hätte in Bezug auf die Lautstärke genauso bei offenem Fenster schlafen können. Der Saunabereich ist nett und sauber, jedoch für die Größe des Hauses viel zu klein. All dies sind Kleinigkeiten, die sich jedoch zu einem Gesamtbild fügen.

Unsere erste Nacht war eine absolute Katastrophe. Mit uns im Hotel waren einige Schulklasse, die bis nachts um 3 laut Musik gehört haben, auf den Gängen Lärm gemacht und Alkohol getrunken und an unsere Türen geklopft haben. Das Hotelpersonal hat nach zwei Versuchen aufgegeben, etwas an der Situation zu ändern. Die Reaktion der unfreundlichen Dame an der Rezeption lautete am nächsten Tag "Ja da können wir auch nichts für, wenn die so einen Lärm machen!"

Das Frühstück am ersten Morgen war wohl auch auf Schüler ausgelegt. Es gab labberige Brötchen, Salami, Käse, Marmelade.. viel mehr auch nicht. Das Frühstück am Tag darauf war gut und nach Abreise der Schüler konnten wir den Aufenthalt dann genießen.

Die unfreundliche Dame am Empfang war weder hilfsbereit noch am Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste interessiert. Das Hotel sollte sein Konzept überdenken: Jugendherberge oder Hotel, beides geht nicht.
