We stayed here for one night prior to our departure from Greece. The location of the hotel was great and easily walkable to Glyfadas main shopping and eating area with tons of options. The room was clean and prepped to our request to accommodate 4 people. The pool was clean and a great refresher on a hot day (and the main reason we book this hotel).
there is no available parking, which is fine, but there isn't even anywhere to easily drop off things to be able to check-in. Upon our check-in (late afternoon) the staff was not that responsive or helpful. We also learned that the pool is only open till 7 pm, which in greece in the heat of the summer is still really in a sense mid afternoon and for folks that check in later for just a night it barely gives any time for use. This was very disappointing.
The room did accommodate 4, but it was sooo tight and not really matching what was reflected in hotel pictures online, so our expectations were very different.
our understanding was that our room came with breakfast, the check-in person failed to let us know one way or another and we found out after we already got something small form the buffet. This made for an uncomfortable situation early in the morning. The positive was the person at the front desk was very understanding and didn't charge us for the coffee, croisant and one yogurt). Better communication would be helpful.
The staff was very kind, the location was amazing, the restaurant and swimming pool area were nice and relaxing.
We’d love more storage space in the room. If you come with a big suitcase, there’s no room to unpack your stuff.
Location is in the hearth of the Glyfada. It is close to the bus and tram stops. Around the hotel there are many restaurants, cafes, boutiques. Hotel staff is helpful. The room has a air conditioner and a balcony. The room has basic need such as towels, hair drier, vault, kettle etc.
The closest beach is Voula.

Annoying walkie talkie liaison with chamber maid outside the room in the corridor at 7.45am. Long.conversations which disturbs guests. This also happened on the last occasion that we stayed .
Remote control broken/battery resulted in not being able to turn tv off at night
