場所がわからず
Pros:

Hotelsの地図を頼りにホテルの場所を探したが、かなりずれており、結局ほかの地図を検索して
やっと場所を探す事が出来た。直ぐにでも、地図のバグを改善をして下さい。
チェックインの時に先払いした料金のはずだったが、請求された。予約書を見せた貰ったら
別の人だった。英語なので良く理解していない様子だった。ホテルの看板も余程近くに行かないと見えなかった。ずいぶん時間を無駄にしてしまった。(*_*)

系統不完善 房間有待改善
Pros:

入住時，不知是哪邊系統問題，先是查不到預定紀錄，後來入住後，還打電話詢問我何時入住是否可先付押金，這系統不完善很糟糕
預訂含雙早的房間，卻無任何紀錄，用餐前還要我們自行去一樓前台確認
房間裝潢瑕疵好多，看起來不是很舒服，馬桶高度過高，上廁所感覺很不舒服
