La falta de empatia y dedicacion del personal del hotel.
Me olvide un articulo personal (cargador de celular y camble) y pese a que estuve una semana en los alrededores, que llame por telefono, que envie mensajes y que hasta me acerque personalmente al front desk, cada vez que lo hacia era comenzar todo de nuevo y njnca me supieron decir si lo tenian o no. Siempre se hicieron los desentendidos y que me iban a llamar. Obvio, nunca lo hicieron, yo ya me fui de la zona y se quedaron con mis cosas. Muy muy mal.

It was newly renovated & clean, they had a bar , free coffee & tea, & the staff was super helpful.
Pros:

It was right off the highway, the front desk staff was super helpful, went above & beyond. The parking was free!

Cons:

The pet fee was $75!

Close to the convention center and easy.
Pros:

I was attending a convention, and it was very close to the convention center. The bed was ok, a little stiff, but fine. The bathroom was GREAT! Two head shower. I had the handicap accessible room, so for a short girl, everything was perfect. I also think that if I had to use a wheel chair the room was very large and easy to get around. I also really liked that the front desk had quick grab and go breakfasts of yogurt and fruit, which made it easy to get going in the morning.

Cons:

The only real drawback to the room was that it was on the 3rd floor above the bus stop, and it was very loud.

Pros:

Air conditioning/ heat is very quiet, lighting is good for sleeping. ( not like other hotel I stayed, some has terrible loud airflow, some has no night lights.

Pros:

Front desk awesome. Need to have free breakfast, but other than that great place. Oh mattresses not my fave but showers are so nice. Good parking for FanX. Close to the Salt Palace.

Pros:

Did not find the downtown area safe many homeless wandering and approached several times. Really didn’t like the location. Parking outside or garage across the street. No valet or help to bring luggage in and out. Not a lot of dining choices and no one shared any info on it compared to other ac hotels it was just ok. Staff just ok in the evening. Rooms could use some warmth decorations ok.
