Bardzo miła obsługa , pomocna i sprawnie działająca

Cons:

Bezsensowny sposób regulacji oświetlenia,świecący się całą noc tablet, klimatyzacja z oznaczeniem 0-3 bez info o temp. Która może być max. na 19st a podwyższenie jej wymaga udania się do recepcji , brak czajnika a jedyny znajduje się na parterze, materace leżące luźno na podstawie łóżka (suwają się na boki) są b miękkie. Każde zamykanie drzwi do pokojów powoduje trzęsienie się ścian . Nie działający dozownik szamponu . Bardzo słabe śniadania 89pln!

Świetna lokalizacja

Przestrzeń hotelu jest znakomita - restauracja, kawiarnia, piekarnia, część wypoczynkowa, przestrzeń do pracy, całodobowy automat z napojami. Świetne udogodnienia i rozwiązania. Miejsce jest urządzone bardzo stylowo. Pokój był bardzo czysty, znajdowało się w nim wszystko czego potrzeba. Bardzo miłe było przygotowanie miseczki oraz przysmaku dla podróżującego z nami pieska - wielki plus za możliwość przyjazdu ze zwierzęciem. Obsługa była bardzo pomocna i miła. Jedzenie także było pyszne, oferta ze śniadaniem bardzo bogata i różnorodna. Możliwość pozostawienia auta na zamkniętym parkingu także była świetna. Z pewnością będę wracała do tego miejsca oraz do hoteli Puro w innych lokalizacjach.

Najlepszy hotel w Krakowie
Pros:

Świetny designerski klimat hotelu . Z kawiarni nie chce sie wychodzić. Wygodne łóżka, świetne pokoje, miła obsługa i pyszne śniadanie. Wszystko top.

Perfect location yet quiet and not too crowded

Cons:

Old towels with holes, old bath robes worn off with holes as well, and fact that you cannot switch single light in the room as you need to choose one of the light-set-ups which is annoying
