Pros:

1. チェックインがホテルのレセプションデスクではなく、個人へコンタクトして行う形式で、最初分らず戸惑いました。
2. 部屋のエアコンは宿泊者が調整できるものではなく、夜暑くて寝苦しかったです。

Pros:

Apartment is very small, yet filled with clutter such as plastic hydrangeas. There was no welcoming drink, as advertised; indeed there was no coffee, only some old teabags left from previous people. The towels were as hard as sandpaper, and the shower alternated between scorching hot and freezing cold. I couldn't use the iron because it was blackened and it had a naked wire. There was mold on the curtains, and the toilet was filthy.

Pros:

Not part of the hotel group but private sale. This should be made clearer. Friendly welcome however. There was no ‘free drink’ on arrival as advertised. Great location but poor room position (view of wall).
