Lovely hotel. Situated along the water with a nice view. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Bus stop is at hotel corner so very convenient to travel into the center of Amsterdam. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Spa massage was perfect after our long plane flight. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel is spectacular in its beauty. Good and well-equipped rooms. The service was above expectations. The breakfast is great. The atmosphere is pleasant and good.

A spacious room with a beautiful view and a balcony. The hotel has a stylish design and a quiet atmosphere, away from the noise and bustle of the city.
There are bus and tram stops near the hotel, providing convenient transportation to the central station.
We really enjoyed the rooftop and main restaurant bars. The cocktails were delicious, and the service was excellent. The view from the rooftop bar was especially impressive.
Maybe we were just unlucky, but when we arrived at the hotel and checked in, we were not given any basic information about the hotel, such as breakfast and spa opening hours, general information about the city, how to get to the Old Town, or similar details. Normally, you usually receive this kind of information when traveling, but as I said, maybe our expectations were too high.
The breakfast was not the best either. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a better experience.
The hotel is not located near the Old Town, so if you plan to travel on foot, it will take around 20–30 minutes to get there.
