Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit viel Komfort
Pros:

Außergewöhnliches sehr modernes Hotel mit herrlichem Blick auf den Fluss Ij, viele Pflanzen, Palmen, lichtdurchflutet, viel helles Holz, indonesischer Stil als Thema. Sehr freundliches Personal, spricht sehr gut Englisch. Sehr gut mit Bus (43 Borneo-eiland) und Tram (26) von der Centraal Station erreichbar. Sehr leckeres reichliches Frühstücksbuffet bis 10.30 Uhr. Es gibt Eierspeisen, Pancakes, Vegetarisches, diverses Obst, Säfte, sehr gute Kaffeespezialitäten, sehr guter Tee u.v.m., man blickt auf den Fluss oder sitzt gemütlich bei den Pflanzen. Sehr schöner Innenpool mit Flussblick, angenehm temperiert. Unsere Junior Suite im 7. Stock war sehr komfortabel, sauber, guter Föhn, bequemes Bett, Nespresso-Maschine und Wasserkocher, Bademantel, interessanter Ausblick (vom Bett aus) auf den Ij, wir sahen viele Flusskreuzfahrtschiffe und andere Boote. Tipp für abends: die "Malabar" im 9. Stock mit phänomenalem Ausblick zum Sonnenuntergang! Man kann sich fühlen wie auf einem Schiff, wenn man vorne im "Bug" sitzt und ein Getränk genießt. Angenehm: Checkoutzeit bis 12 Uhr.

Cons:

Es wurde tagsüber sehr warm im Zimmer (Südseite). Die Schranktüren (magnetische Griffe) gehen wirklich sehr schwer auf. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nice hotel, exhaustingly much information from the hotel.
Pros:

Very exiting environment

Cons:

Felt very on display as you can sit in a cafe and watch people at the pool. Way to many emails and to long communication directly from the hotel. Made it to complicated and time consuming to check in and out.

Pros:

Toller Ausblick, sehr ruhige Lage direkt am Jakarta Kai. Frühstück extrem umfangreich. Alles prima.

Heerlijk hotel
Pros:

Prachtige ruime kamer, de tv die omhoog en omlaag kan in en uit zo een kastje achter het bed; heel gaaf. Heerlijk fijn beddengoed. Personeel mega vriendelijk, heerlijk eten. Goede service, prachtige kamers en hotel. Derde keer hier en ik blijf terugkomen. Er lag chocola ter ere van m'n verjaardag as verrassing. En flexibel personeel; afdeling marketing gaf toestemming vooraf voor een portretshoot op de kamer.

Cons:

Alle kamers hebben een balkon maar deze junior suite niet; wel een deur die open kan voor buitenlucht maar je kan niet een balkon op lopen. De prijs voor verblijf is wel prijzig.

Hotel is okay for short stays
Pros:

The property is somewhat reasonably priced and is located closer to the area where the river cruise ships leave.

Cons:

The hotel only has two elevators on one side of the building and the bathroom for guests eating in the dining room is down two sets of stairs. The dining menu is limited and it should be expanded.

Luxurious Hotel with mixed feelings
Pros:

The Hotel is on a small island which makes for an idyllic scene. It is reachable vis bus and tram - only two stations from the centraal station for the later.

The room was very tidy and luxurious but lacks space to store clothes. Therefore, the equipment is not fit for long stays.

The Service was okay, though I have been charged a service fee for a replacement card because I locked myself out. This is something I would expect to be for free in a 4 star hotel for 200+€ / night.

The breakfast left me with mixed feelings. The bread was superb and the spreads epic (The Pinderkaas is a must try), but the hot food left me heavily disappointed.

I wouldn’t recommend the hotel and would definitely chose another one on my next stay.
