Our stay was short as we had a wedding and weren’t in the room long. But after a wedding you like a lie in and we didn’t

Good location

Cons:

No bottles of water in the rooms.
A pump or something went off at approximately 6.45 in the morning and a few time after that which was very annoying when we got waken up. We were in room 11.

Pros:

Location was excellent. Bar and food were very good. Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Room was basic.

Cons:

The tele didn't work. That said, we spent too little time in the room to watch it.

Staff nice...very central location..food onsite was of a very good quality

Cons:

Could hear water pumps switching on/off all night (which made a loud whirring noise) which make it difficult to sleep.

Comfortable, central and nice staff

Cons:

I got a super seafood chowder here on a previous visit. So I expected a really nice breakfast- it was ok. Staff were lovely especially the lady we met at breakfast.

Very comfortable stay in wonderful location
Pros:

They made arrangements to provide breakfast earlier than their usual time. The person who brought breakfast was very friendly & courteous, remembering me from my last visit last year. Great location, room was comfortable, had an evening meal there one evening which i enjoyed. Whole experience was pleasurable I will visit again.

Cons:

Generally very good, there was one member of staff who I felt was a little rude. A cleaner who objected to me coming into the breakfast room slightly before 8am. I felt her tone was a little rude and pedantic, it was around 7.55am. I went back to my room for a few minutes rather than get into an argument over it. This was a one off incident, every other member of staff was very pleasant.

Pros:

Service excellence staff very warm and welcoming and accommodating, Food freshly cooked good value. Great positive energy in the place.
