The staff are very friendly and helpful , the breakfast was good but not enough
The breakfast is not enough, the balcony was full of water so you can't go out , and there is no comfortable shower zone, and the AC is too weak

Para acessar o hotel é preciso subir várias escadas, o elevador não parava no andar, estava com minha mãe e avó de 80 anos que teve muita dificuldade para subir as escadas. A pessoa que estava na portaria não conseguia se comunicar em inglês e tive muitos problemas para resolver os problemas que se apresentavam. A internet não funcionou nas 24hs que fiquei no hotel.
As dependências do hotel estavam sujas.
Enfim, havia reservado por duas noites, mas tive que sair antes.
Não recomendo essa estadia.

La nostra camera si affacciava su una via molto trafficata anche la notte .
Per chi ha il sonno leggero non è molto consigliato.

The hotel has distinctive view of downtown and an excellent location and every thing close by and very clean and very comfortable and the staff are very friendly.for sure I will definitely comeback to this hotel again
Nothing at all
A wonderful hotel, although it is a three-star hotel, but the service is like a five-star hotel, and this is rare in most hotels of this quality... but I enjoyed it and it was a single stay, but it was enjoyable and comfortable... and the location and view of the place are beautiful and luckily for me, there was a great discount.
I would have liked to have a big restaurant inside the hotel, but there is a kitchen and it is not bad in fact it has everything
The hotel is beautiful and comfortable and there are cameras in every corner of the hotel and this made me feel safe... The area is very lively and has many wonderful tourist areas and wonderful Egyptian restaurants. The location is good because it is really Close to all places and they even have discounts and offers on everything at a comfortable price. I even thought everything was far away, but on the contrary, everything is close to me.
The area is always crowded and sometimes the hotel doesn't have any rooms but that's because it's a good hotel so I hope they will have more rooms
The hotel has a very nice location and the staff are very kind. This is not the first time I have stayed at the hotel and my family loved the place and the cleanliness of the rooms.... What is also special is that they always give discounts to the hotel so I can stay at any time.And at any price, I do not suffer from that, and they can also wait to pay the money, and this is a very excellent thing. The place just doesn't have many employees but the people there are always at your service so it's not a big problem
Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn ihr zentral wohnen möchtet, ohne ein Vermögen auszugeben.
Marco und sein Team sind mega nett und sehr unkompliziert. Man findet immer eine gute Lösung! Ob Frühstück im Schwesterhotel, Kofferaufbewahrung oder Tipps für das Abendessen. Alles ist ein wenig entspannter! Nichts für Reisehyperhektiker 😉.
The service was simply excellent. We got a nice welcome drink and snack while waiting for our room to be ready (before check-in time), as well as some good tips for places to see and eat in. The stuff was very friendly and even discouraging you from tipping, which felt like a breath of fresh air and made the hospitability feel genuine. The room was.spottless-clean as was the whole place. We only had 1 night here, but we would definitely stay here again next time in Cairo.

staff are very friendly. Rooms are very nice with private bathroom. Very close to everything Cairo. Tahrir Square, Egyptian Museum , food, shopping, Cinema all within walking distance. Reasonable price
The staff were nice but there was a language barrier. It was complicated to understand each other but they were really nice. The room was big and comfortable. It wasnt cold or depressing. Location was perfect. We found everything we need.
The room wasnt all clean. Bathroom was so little and there were water leaks so we didnt feel clean and we constantly have to go to the bathroom with our shoes.
Hostgram Hotel is very nice place. Rooms are clean. Treatment is very good and the reception is friendly, they help you with a lovely smile.

There's no lift, but the hotel is on the first floor so no need for the elevator
I had a great stay at hostgram . The staff was welcoming and always ready to help, making the experience pleasant from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing stay.
The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. Breakfast was simple but fresh and satisfying.
