Pros:

Отель классический сетевой для 3* в нашей стране. По поводу организации, всё отлично. Работает круглосуточно. Девушка-портье все знает.
Но в номере обнаружилась проблема. Из душа вода не убегала. Просто если бы это был самый дешёвый номер, я б понял. Большой отель. А это студия. Таких в отеле меньше, и они об этом знают. В общем, считаю, что номер был не готов, его надо было закрывать. А поскольку тариф у меня был невозвратный, мне надо бвлл предложить или такой же, или категорией выше. Я когда позвонил портье, сказал никаких действий не предпринимать, ибо поздно ночью уже было, а наутро мне выезжать. Но все равно это ошибка. Номер был не готов. Я в душе не помылся как люблю.
Да, и телевизор всегда включается на мультиках. Пульт плохой, еле реагирует.

Сойдет переночевать
Pros:

Отель выбирался по принципу близости к месту работы.
Номер маленькие, ресторан при отеле оставляет желать лучшего.
В районе в шаговой доступности хорошие рестораны/кафе отсутствуют, нужно куда-либо ехать.
Плюсом отеля можно посчитать вид на набережную, но у меня вид из номера был во двор.
