En época de maratón de cali, nos permitieron hacer check out unas horas después, gracias por eso

Cons:

Solicité un cambio de sábanas porque luego del aseo la dejaron muy húmeda y nunca solucionaron, además de reportar y llamar no solucionaron ni se comunicaron a decir si se podía cambiar o no.

La cama es un poco dura y la habitación era para 3 (2 adultos una niña) y solo nos pusieron 2 toallas. no tiene sentido no poder acumular puntos con membresia accor por reservar por booking y no directamente con ellos. El desayuno variado y el precio del desayuno para niños muy conveniente.

La segunda noche tuve una habitación que daba a una discoteca o centro de eventos y no pude dormir. Pedí a la madrugada que me cambiaran de habitación y me cambiaron.
