Great stay overall, good food, good facilities, a comfortable room with one great view of the quay, breakfast was lovely, and friendly staff.
The room was comfortable and clean, with just a small mark on the headboard of the bed, but nothing affected our stay.
Quiet clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good , lovely staff esp Billy at breakfast service
Nothing to say everything was fabulous
Hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious and had everything you need. Location was spot on 5 mins walk to centre of Belfast, easy to walk to Titanic quarter along the river banks.
Felt breakfast experience underwhelming, paid for a continental breakfast and both morning only small cinnamon rolls, no croissants or pain au chocolates available, they did have full fry up but that wasn't my preferred choice..
Great room, lovely staff and a tasty breakfast
I might ask for a room with a view of the river next time..no problem with city view thougg
Met one lovely girl on reception but all the rest were most unhelpful and bordered on rude. Very disappointing and a very bad first impression of the premises. We were disappointed overall.
Location was great! Room nice and spacious especially for a longer trip.
Big and comfy beds, nice view and nice food.
It was a shame the terrace was closed as this is what we actually booked the hotel for lol!
I did send a birthday banner to the hotel after they said that if I provided something they can set it up - id let them know that I had sent something via Amazon to be set up, however when I arrived they hadn’t set it up and just handed me the Amazon package when checking in! Which I couldn’t really tell them what was wrong as it was supposed to be a surprise and my partner was stood with me! :(
Room.
The breakfast buffet could have offered more options.
La cama, el baño, las vistas, el desayuno.
Un pelín lejos del centro
Location was super. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Very noisy with other guests in the evening and throughout the night. Perhaps have family rooms in a different location to hen parties.
