Everything from service at check in, in the bar, the cleanliness of the rooms was absolutely top notch. Couldn't fault a thing. This was my third stay in this hotel and will definitely be back again.

Pros:

Room was lovely and view was across to Samson and Goliath which was lovely.

Cons:

We booked a Black Cab Tour through reception but no one contacted us after two approaches to the desk, despite being told we would be notified. Only a small thing, I know, but if they facilitate bookings, it should be a little better.
