Comfortable hotel with nice amenities. Parking is in a public garage across the street. Location is on the river and walkable to Cathedral district and Titanic district.

Convenient for the Arena.
There was no water in our room.
The bar was closed when we arrived back from the concert we were attending. It had closed BEFORE the official closing hours had passed. Never experienced that before in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Very disappointing!
The staff were absolutely brilliant- so helpful! My only problem was it was advertised 360 yards from the SSE arena! That is technically true if you have a Dingy!!!! My mam is not able to walk far and getting a taxi for a return journey was impossible!!! there for this is false advertising and please make note.. yes it’s a 10-15 minute walk of your able so perfect if you need to go here… the town is only 10 minute walk too… the hotel it’s self was faultless ! One of the best iv stayed in!
It wasn’t 360 yards from the SSE arena -well it was if you had a dingy! But it was a 10/15 minute walk….
Super comfie bed, staff were exceptional, quality place to stay, restaurant meal was delicious.

Excellent location, friendly staff
Check in/out was very efficient and staff at the front desk were very obliging re ordering taxis etc. Room was comfortable. Food in the bar area was quite good. We did not have breakfast included. Hotel was very clean.
Room was very comfortable but expensive for what it was. There was no water left in the room on either night. The toiletries were very basic, no shower cap which is very inconvenient. Service in the bar area was slow and poor at times.
The location
Very friendly staff, easy check in and check out, parking in public car park across the road easy to use. We were pleasantly surprised to have our booking upgraded and got a top floor room with great views and peace and quiet

Well laid out room nice shower very comfortable bed love the air conditioning
Instructions unclear about using elevator had trouble using curtains in the room. Got a shower shock 🙄put down to age!
Beautiful hotel - rooms so clean and comfortable! Breakfast was excellent and being GF wasn't an issue!
Having spent hundred and hundreds of nights in mid level and upscale properties over the past 25 years (mostly Marriott and Starwood hotels), I’ve come to be very particular in what separates good from great. I think this one qualifies as among the latter.
Paula (General Manager of the AC Hotel Belfast) and her entire staff are to be commended!
The reason I know her name is she stops to greet guests when she’s passing through the lobby and other public areas. Too often I’ve witnessed managers rushing about their hotels, insisting staff treat guests a certain way but rarely doing so themselves.
Throughout our stay she continued to say hello and inquire about our accommodations and visits to the city.
The front desk staff made us feel welcome right away. We were checked in, handed our keys, answered a few of our questions and provided a quick layout of the property in a matter of minutes.
They were also available to assist with directions and ordering taxis when we needed. Most importantly, there was always someone at the front desk.
Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We faced the river and never heard any noise from the nearby motorway or neighboring rooms.
Housekeeping was efficient, effective and responsive to our needs. We enjoyed the big fluffy towels, robes and slippers, and comfortable bed.
The location is an easy walk or short taxi ride to the Titanic Belfast Museum, St. George’s Market and City Centre.
Not only would we stay here again on future trips to Northern Ireland, we DEFINITELY will.
