Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely room, air conditioned , very comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was great with a good selection of food. Great location, twenty five minute walk to the Titanic museum.

Cons:

The only thing missing in the room was a shower cap.

Very easy and friendly checkin/out, fabulous food, quiet, comfortable and clean
Pros:

Breakfast was great and fabulous selection. Very tasty as usual as was dinner. Love that I can take a coffee to start me off at work as I usually leave early

There was a very strong bleach smell outside our room , and in the bathroom
The towels covered you in white fluff

The location of the hotel was excellent the view on the waterfront was lovely and the outside seating really was very cosy blankets provided if the evening got a bit chilly

Lindo hotel pero tienen que mejorar el tema de las luces de la alarma en el cuarto y el ventilador en el baño.
Pros:

Muy lindo

Cons:

El cuarto tiene una alarma arriba de la cama con luces rojas que destellan durante toda la noche.
Muy incómodo para dormir.
El baño tenia un ventilador con ruido bastante fuerte que no se apagaba nunca.
También muy molesto para poder descansar.
El desayuno era caro para lo que ofrecía.
