Great location, helpful staff, very comfortable room. We had view over harbour which was great. Easy walking access to the city and other Belfast attractions. Parking across the road at secure car park and at reasonable rates

Faultless book this hotel
Pros:

Food was superb, rooms immaculate, location again cant complain, my event was at the Titanic so a quick walk and there

Cons:

Would have liked to have had a room river side but no great shakes

Pros:

Close to custom house , beds comfortable & clean breakfast was lovely

Cons:

I didn't like that there was no bottled water in the room I didn't like no opening windows as we couldn't get the ac to work it was extremely warm in the room. I didn't like that there was no sugar for tea

Phenomenal
Pros:

The view of the water and city. Walking distance to beautiful historic areas. Showers you don’t need a science degree with 🤭. Took the Paddywagon 1/2 day giant causeway tour and it was excellent.

Cons:

The elevator stopped in middle of going up, however the staff quickly fixed it.
