номер очень комфортный, просторная ванная комната и номер в целом, услугами ресторана не пользовались

В целом всё отлично! Очень внимательный и вежливый персонал, хорошее местоположение, очень чисто, своя парковка, в номере чай, кофе! Из небольших "минусочков" - слышно улицу, маленький и не очень уютный номер. Мне кажется ценник немного великоват...

Preis - Leistung war super. In 20 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof, dort kann man mit der Metro alle Sehenswürdikeiten bequem erreichen.

리셉션에서의 친철은 과하다 싶을정도였고 숙소 컨디션도 최고였습니다 뭐하나 나무랄곳없는 숙소였습니다 다음에 간다면 다시 묵을겁니다~

Nice place, a bit of a walk from the subway but in a good area. Nice room, clean and up to date.

Вообще не понятно за что такая оценка у этого отеля! Сервис отвратительный начиная от сотрудников службы размещения и ресторана/бара, до уборки в номере. Завтрак включён в стоимость, но если ты хочешь заказать яичницу или омлет, то вы должны догадаться он влияние такой услуги самостоятельно, а потом ещё и заплатить за это, хотя завтрак был включён в стоимость. Видимо собственник или управляющий экономит на всём. Более никогда в этот отель! Никому не рекомендую!

Breakfast is great. Clean room. I enjoyed my stay.

I liked the location. It was close to a majority of St. Petersburg historical sites and attractions. Also close to metro.

personnel très serviable à la réception, qui fait tout son possible pour vous aider et trouver des solutions à vos demandes. Par contre il y a une signalétique dans la salle de bain demandant, dans le cadre de la sauvegarde de la planète de laisser les serviettes de toilette sur le rack si on ne souhaite pas qu'elles soient changées ce que nous avons fait mais tous les jours elles ont quand même été changées. Je l'ai signalé à 2 reprises à la réception.

I liked the fact that the building is new, the room and bathroom very clean and comfortable.
Only thing I did not like was the distance from the city center

A nice and new hotel. Friendly English speaking reception service. Easy and fast check in and out. Good breakfast buffet with freshly baked croissants. The hotel is very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Every day bottled water provided. The dinner in the restaurant is very tasty.

A bit outside of the center (30 min walk) but closer to the moskoviskyi train station (15min walk). Only 1 lift for hotel guests. Phone didn't work but they replaced it within 10min. Shower and shampoo was empty but got replaced within a minute. The breakfast buffet was not optimal arranged, so the guests had to line up for the only one coffee machine and blocked the way of other people for different food at the same time. Huge improvement potential for the hotel manager to rearrange the breakfast buffet and check on the availability of the toilet articles in the rooms!

Upmarket clean hotel close to everything will stay there again

Совершенно новая гостиница в хорошем районе между Смольным и Невским, взял номер с террасой - отличный вид! Завтрак понравился, но мог бы быть более разнообразным. В целом, отличный вариант на несколько дней в Питере.

Wonderful hotel right in the center of the historical district. Steps from the hermitage, and main museums of St. Petersburg with easy access to transportation that will take you to the main shopping area.

Quiet hotel. Good location.
English speaking staff.

This hotel is brand new. The bed is very comfortable.
