Air lovely few days stay in the boathouse hotel.
Pros:

The location was wonderful, we had a balcony over looking the harbour which was so nice,
The staff were very nice and accommodating,

Cons:

My husband didn't like the bed, he thought it was to hard and it hurt his back,but I found it very comfortable, so you can't please everyone,
They did have a disco on the Friday night, and it was right underneath our room, but it did finish at 10pm so can't complain really.

Very dissapointed and nothing was done when i complained.
Pros:

The front of house staff were helpful

Cons:

My shower was cold and although i asked everday from day1, they did nothing about it. The bathroom blind was stuck fully open so i was facing the opposite windows when using the toilet and shower. The room was sold as s room with a fridge. There wasn’t one so i had to have a full size one balanced on the beside table!

Lovely location in the harbour. Couple of places to eat within walking distance. Free parking. Very nice, friendly staff.

Cons:

Water was cold in the evening when went for a shower but lovely and warm in the morning.

Have stayed before and will stay again.
Pros:

Bed extremely comfy; continental breakfast inc is excellent. Staff excellent and responsive to enquiries.

Cons:

More an observation… stair and hallways could do with freshen up but these are areas that get most use by everyone.

I'd like to go back and spend a few nights there, rather than the overnight I had.
Pros:

Great location, lovely warm rooms, big shower, nice bar, friendly helpful staff, especially George. Lovely being on the marina with views out to the estuary.

Cons:

Sadly, quite "tired" rooms with mold around the shower, poor silicon repairs, lukewarm shower water. Stained shower tray. Gaffa tape on a flooring seam in the bathroom

Pleasantly different than the local chain hotels and good value
Pros:

Staff exceptional - friendly and professional
Room had all the required features necessary for a comfortable stay
Bathroom larger than expected, with a powerful shower and toiletries and good quality towels.
Evening meal excellent value, restaurant well laid out and good ambiance and pleasant views of the marina
Complimenrary continental breakfast had good selection of quality items and fresh fruit.
Parking easy with bays well marked out
Simple, safe and quick walk into Hythe.

Cons:

Would not have liked to have a long stay in the Small Double Room (5) we booked but only because it didn't have room for seating so had to lie on the bed.
We only stayed one night and did know this arrangement beforehand, and the very competitive price did reflect this.
