Great comfortable hotel
Pros:

Price and location for what we needed was great. We were on a cruise so for 1 night this was great for us, and the wife saw the cruise ship coming in early morning.

Didn't eat in the evening but only because we arrived very late, breakfast the next morning was very good and staff very helpful

Cons:

It needs a bit of a refresh. Its perfectly clean but is very tired. Frayed carpets on the stairwells and the windows had black marks in frames.

Eine tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe von Southampton, immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Wir hatte ein tolles Zimmer, mit einem kleinen Balkon mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den Yachthafen, den Parkplatz und der Schiffspassage von / nach Southampton. Im Haus gibt es ein Restaurant mit einer schönen Terrasse. Bushaltestelle nach Southampton ca. 2 Minuten vom Hotel.

Location, Bar/restaurnt on site, comfy bed (after a fashion!), fridge

Cons:

No lift, 3 flights of stairs, large suitcase left downstairs, room 8 was in the converted roof, boiling HOT, windows not opened prior to check in to allow some air. Fan not much good inthat heat, fridge struggled to stay cool, melted onto my consumables! Sat outside till nearly midnight for air, nervous to say out after last guest checked in and staff went home. Tried to rest under windows in the room....unhealthy for the heart! Room way too hot to rent out to unsuspecting guests...should have some level of effective cooling for these heatwaves as we know now, they can occur.

Cleaning the toilets after opening for breakfast and having to go to the toilet with the main door open whilst it was cleaned so people could hear🫩. And the smile as I left the toilet😳

Good nights rest and friendly staff. Facilities need a bit of investment
Pros:

The staff and size of the room was great. I had a balcony which was fun and great view of the marina.

The food was good too!

Cons:

The shower ran constantly had to be place on the floor.

The room required a PIN number that was 8 digits which was strange

Location and view
Pros:

Main entrance scruffy. Badly worn stair carpet. Curtain tie-back in room broken. Badly fitting curtains. Loo roll holder in bathroom broken.

离公交站十分钟左右步行路程。房间大，员工服务出色，前台美女帮我们提两个行李箱上三楼的房间！赞！房间干净整洁。

Cons:

位置有点偏远，离火车站和邮轮港码头有点远，坐公交要四十几分钟，顶楼有点闷热，要开窗通风一段时间才好一些，
