We stayed in the two bedroom apartment at Passpartu. It was a nice place with a wrap around balcony and full kitchen. The property is in a great location. It’s close to landmarks and multiple restaurants. Staff are helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was great. We were able to order our dishes the night before. The dishes came in big portions and were delicious. The menu had many choices. We stayed here for 3 nights and will definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to be. Very nice hotel at a hot spot of Belgrade. Really close to the center, in a very nice and cozy area with restaurants and bars. Spacious rooms, clean and recently renovated. The decor is quite ok, the rooms were clean and the staff super friendly and ready to help. The breakfast was absolutely tasty - you can choose what you want to have from a nice menu. Parking is difficult in the area but they also offer parking very close with extra charge. We had a very nice experience of the hotel. And it is quite economic.

By far the best service in a hotel I’ve ever received. The girl at front desk welcomed us with a smile and was so kind and friendly. The daily cleaning was way beyond our expectations, they even washed our dishes. The breakfast is atypical and delicious. Rooms were well equipped and nice and cozy, exactly as the photos. Each apartment is on its own floor so there were no noise issues and the location could not be better.

Last week we stayed 3 nights with our baby aged under 2. The staff were very helpful and smiling. Breakfast was great, various food changing every day. The Hotel is located in a quiet street, just a few minutes walk to Knez Mihailova Street and a super market. Thank you Passpartu Home Garni. Highly reccomended.

Location couldn't be better and the super helpful staff couldn't be more perfect. They made up for 2 difficult nights we had with air conditioning issues. Highly reccomended this place and will definitely stay here on my next visit as well.

Excellent hotel, great central location, lovely staff - I can thoroughly recommend this place to stay on a tripo to Belgrade. It is close to many restaurants and bars on a quiet street, really close to Republic Square. I stayed in an apartment which is spacious, clean and well equipped

Three months later I kept waiting for my money back.
They say that it too expensive to return my money. They offer me return the money if I come back again. Crazy¡¡¡

Room was comfortable, but it was very loud from the constant door opening and closing. We could also hear noise from the restaurant below. Would stay here again because it was a good neighborhood.

Had a lovely time here, was quite good quality for Serbia and fairly central. Could walk to all the main tourist sites and see some nice bars and shops near by that are slightly away from the main sites. About the room, it had a nice big comfortable double bed, rather than two singles pushed together. A nice powerful hot shower, a generous sized fridge and helpful staff. Room could do with slightly more storage and wardrobe space though, something to consider if staying more than a few days. Breakfast was a fairly large spread, and something for everyone. We didn’t notice the noise as mentioned by another reviewer and were on the ground floor. Overall would recommend to anyone wanting a well priced comfortable room close the centre.

During a massage at the hotel spa the therapist clearly overstepped the line touching me inappropriateLy (sexually) several times. My subsequent complaint to the spa management was brushed off and not taken seriously, which left me feeling absolutely terrible. Female travellers, if you want a safe and professional massage stay away from that place!

Stayed here with my wife and daughters. Very convenient location for the old town.

The room was very well decorated but very poorly maintained. Bedroom door handle not attached, bathroom door hinge hanging off the door post making it hard to close. Shower door wouldn't close properly meaning the shower leaked out over the floor.

Breakfast was not good for our taste but I understand that Serbians may like what was on offer. 3 types of bread on day 1 of which we ate 1, 2 types of bread on day 2 and 1 type left for day 3.

Staff were friendly and service ok. The highlight was the lady who serviced the room who was great advising us of the sights and where to go. Also of the location of the supermarket about 200m away.

I might stay here again but would probably investigate alternatives first.

The hotel is located very central and yet it's absolutely quiet in the street. The rooms are tidy, large and modern. Everythin was great. The staff is friendly and courteous. Just for breakfast they could have offered a bit more choice.

The hotel is beautiful and new, the apartments are very spacious and offer full service.
There is an excellent restaurant inside the hotel, there is an adjacent bar which is convenient to drop off in the evenings.
And the twist is the spa of the hotel which is huge and of a very high standard.
The hotel is in a great location, 3-10 minutes walk from any central location, 2 minutes walk has a huge super open 24/7.
And the staff is available friendly and really nice

We went there for the weekend with friends! Staff is friendly, (from the receptionist to housekeeping and waiters) - we felt welcomed and attended- they speak English which is not so commun in Belgrade:) we had an appt very confo, the venue is stylish for a very affordable price and located in the historical center of Belgrade !! I really wanted to take a moment to recommend this place if I d come back one day I have a place to stay at :)

Good - The location is ideal as its short walk to everything in the town. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were great and extremely friendly. Tvs didnt work but they managed to sort it. Rooms are very modern and large especially for the price.

Bad - Although not same company as hotel but the resteraunt it shares the building with and that provide the breakfast was absolutely terrible for most food and drinks. There is a bar next door that plays loud music till half 12 ish on week nights which can be heard clearly in the room so bad if noise bothers you. Bed wasnt particularly comfy but couldve been worse.

Stayed 2 months ago. Exceptional. Our room was at BACK of property. However, next door there is a outdoor nightclub with external speakers mounted on the wall of this hotel. Very loud music to 01:30 every night except Friday and Saturday and that runs to 03:00. If you are a party animal, you’ll love it. Otherwise, if you are stuck at the front, you’ll be pleased to check out. Knowing the issue at the front of the property, I explicitly asked for appartment at rear of property for a 5 night stay last week. This legitimate but firm request with my booking was totally ignored, the totally dishonest reply from the hotel lied and said I would be happy with the room. We were not. To make matters worse, the nightclub next door had building works from 08:00. The manager is non-existent. Staff refused to give their name or the managers name. Totally devoid of service and if you are English speaking and understand what customer service is, you will be as horrified as we were. Absolute shame as the rooms are exceptional as is the room preparation and room service. If you book, you have a 50/50 chance of a room at the back and sleeping. Otherwise, ear plugs will not be enough. Feeling lucky? We were on our first visit. Our second was hell. There will not be a third. If they were honest, we would have made alternative arrangements. They are not honest. Oh the previously good breakfasts have gone downhill in the last 2 months. It is abundantly clear this property has staff issues.

Having examined the options in Belgrade you cannot find a more luxurious and stylish (net alone largest) rooms for the money in this city.

The hotel is a very new, stylish and modern small hotel of suites and apartments, we had room 5A which is at the top of the building and 2 large double bedrooms, large bathroom, lounge area and kitchen area as well a wrap around glass balcony.

There was extra pillows, extra quilts, iron and iron board, plenty of draw space per room and double closet space in the hall. Towels were fresh and clean everyday and shower gels etc were replaced each day. TVs with cable in every room, airconditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table.

Breakfast was on floor -1 and had plenty of choice of food and drink, fresh coffee and orange juice was always on hand in the bar area as you could sit where ever you liked.

The spa is small but we booked it privately so for 15 euros you get it exclusively to yourself for 2 hours. There is Sauna, Steam, Massage tables, Pool / Jaccuzzi and plenty of loungers and changing rooms with lockers (presumably for external customers). A fresh bowl of fruit was purchased for us when we arrived and robes and slippers supplied by the hotel.

Because this is a small hotel if your check in is outside the normal hours please contact the hotel and someone will meet you, we were 1:30am and they were kind enough to greet us.

Staff were exceptionally helpful always and even ordered us pizza to be delivered to the door on one of the nights, and because we had a late flight back they allowed us to not only store our bags in the spa securely but also use of the facilities to freshen up before our flight back.

Location:
You are in the old quarter next to a very cool bar, you are 4 blocks from the main street and walking distance to the edge of the park. As you will see on the map 2 streets over is the bohemian quarter.

Money:
Seems like they accept euros in certain places but most places take card and cash machines are everywhere for the Dinar, in the airport you will about 10 cash machines offering free withdrawals.

Tips and Tricks:
As at 27/09/18 the Church of Saint Sava is under construction (more than usual) and you can only go underneath to the crypt.
Taxis are well cheap as is most things but they speak no English (Fair Enough) but seem to have no idea where any of the major tourist sites are, even with a tourist map and google maps they still need more info or tend to study it like a monkey with a math problem. So have your address and street name and number ready and you'll be fine. the most we ever paid was about £4 to go the other side of the city.

Hotel Feedback (for hotel eyes only):
A superb stay and would recommend however for the hotel itself a few comments:
- No phone in the room.....this is very inconvenient as i had to call using my mobile or go all the way to the lobby every time i wanted to speak someone.
- No booklet in the room - detailing hotel information, drinks, menus, prices, massages, spa, air conditioning operating instructions also - having traveled the world this is quite helpful and stops visitors from bugging your staff :-)
- Some of the fixtures and finishes are just not quite there yet, in the room there was pieces of skirting board missing, parts of the bathroom seem unfinished or at least like something else was going to put in there, we had plenty of shower gel - a little too much actually but no shampoo and after cleaning on one of the days the toilet roll had not been replaced. Bit of consistency here that can easily be refined.

Clean, modern, new, fresh, friendly staff, beautiful ambiance,
central and pretty location, good food. This hotel also has a great spa and is near a lot of bars restaurants and authentic streets in beautiful Dorcol.

I loved the way we were welcomed. Awesome and friendly staff and also very good breakfast. The location is very good. It’s close to center and along the street there are many coffe places where you can relax. The rooms were clean and modern and had everything we needed.
