The staff were top class, lovely warm welcome.
Room was fairly small but did the job for me. The shower cubicle is in the room itself, which I wasn't expecting - again no problem for me since I was by myself.
Loved Zombie tacos in the lobby, they had a nice selection of other drinks and snacks. The bar had a nice vibe, barstaff were top class too, attentive and kind.

Cons:

If you're sensitive to noise it can get a little noisy from traffic and street noise at night - this didn't bother me, but know it might some people. This is not the hotels fault, purely down to it's great central location.

Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect! I loved the fact that you checked in at the bar. The staff were exceptional. The weather was cold, but there was plenty to do in the hotel.
