Small room, malfunctioning toilet/water line, parking lot issue (but that was handled well by staff)
The lobby, games, music, games, and the staff were all amazing!
Our room was not very clean. The shower curtain was gross and had mold on it, the carpet in the hall was very dirty and coming apart, there was stuff stuck on our floor and nobody had cleaned behind the bed between the support and the window. Seeing others trash is not a good thing. The elevator was also dirty all weekend.

The staff were top class, lovely warm welcome.
Room was fairly small but did the job for me. The shower cubicle is in the room itself, which I wasn't expecting - again no problem for me since I was by myself.
Loved Zombie tacos in the lobby, they had a nice selection of other drinks and snacks. The bar had a nice vibe, barstaff were top class too, attentive and kind.
If you're sensitive to noise it can get a little noisy from traffic and street noise at night - this didn't bother me, but know it might some people. This is not the hotels fault, purely down to it's great central location.
