Cons:

Bed sheets unclean, pillows unclean, the fridge is not working and has fungus. when people made a lot of noise in the night time,no one tells them to stop. Called house keeper to clean but the bed sheets still not clean much.

Business trip to Gwalior.
Pros:

I stayed at Radisson Gwalior in the month of April. The stay was nice and comfortable. I had only breakfast there and the food was very good. The staff was also very courteous and attentive. The gym was clean and hygienic. The only issue I faced was the internet speed, somehow the basic requirement nowadays is good internet which I faced problem with. This was highlighted to the staff and they said that the speed is increased but nothing much changed. Overall a good stay.

very bad experience this time.
Pros:

Room was stinking and not at all clean, we took Buffett dinner at the restaurant next to the reception, food was not at all good, me, my wife, and both my children fall sick after that with a bad stomach infection.

Cons:

the rooms need renovations, upgrade the restaurants.

worthwhile stay
Pros:

I stayed for two consecutive months (Jan’26 and Feb’26), and it was truly a great experience. The support staff at the reception, Indish Restaurant, and housekeeping were all very helpful and courteous.

A special mention to Mr. Akash and the reception team for always extending a warm welcome.

Overall, it was a very comfortable and worthwhile stay.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Excellent location . Lovely hotel with all amenities. Akash , Karishma and Chef Bhupinder made our stay memorable . Buffet spread is lovely and local delicacies by Bhupinder must be sampled . Staff goes all out for guest comfort .

Cons:

The staff wasn't attentive. I asked for an extra bed, had to call them 3 times. Wanted water bottles called twice but no response. Breakfast was meh
