Pros:

위치 정말 좋았고 버스타기에도 좋았고, 해변도 가까웠어요!
그리고 호스트의 답장이 빠르고 청소해주시는 분도 친절하고 3-4일에 한번씩 방문해 주셨어요 :) 가성비가 좋아요

Cons:

가장큰 베드룸에 형광등이 없고 테이블 조명 두개로 이용했던점이요! 낮에는 워낙 빛이 잘 들어와서 크게 불편하진 않았어요

Appartamento carino e pulito in posizione ottimale
Pros:

L'appartamento su due piani è nuovo e pulito. La cosa più bella è la posizione perchè a 1 minuto a piedi ci sono mini market e ristoranti, e a 10 min. a piedi c'è il Lidl. Chania si raggiunge in 20 min. di macchina.
Inoltre in casa troverete un foglio dove c'è il numero whatsapp dei gestori così da potergli scrivere per qualsiasi problematica.

Cons:

I muri sono sottili e spesso sentivamo sia i vicini che le persone che stavano al ristorante sotto casa.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, Strand, Shoppingcenter und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür... Das Apartment war sehr sauber, es ist wunderschön aufgeteilt und man schaut direkt zum Meer. Wir durften sogar am Abreisetag länger bleiben ohne Probleme. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Nel simpatico paesino di Platanias dove c’erano molti supermercati ,bar ,negozi e ristoranti

Nice apartment, but management not up to standard.
Pros:

Apartment centrally situated with a lot of restaurants and shops next door. Good choice of restaurants at different levels. Regular bus service is a great plus. Buses can be very full some times and may pass without stopping.

Cons:

Aldos wife stayed in the flat with a friend: Difficult to get in touch with host before departure. We were promised transport from Chania airport on arrival. No one turned up. Lack of basic information in the flat about how to get hot water. No password for Wi Fi. We had to wait until next day afternoon to get it. Noisy resident during night time in one of the flats on the ground floor. The flat was clean and well equipped with cooker, water boiler, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine. Be aware it is over two floors with a steep staircase . Not suitable for families with small children or elderly people. Information given on net site about Athina apartments is the same for all the Athina properties and everything does not apply for the apartments. E.g. no safe box, no bathrobes etc.

Erinomainen paikka. Tämä sopii hyvin vaikka viidelle hengelle, jos ottaa olohuoneen lisäsängyn käyttöön.

Super netjes, schoon en modern appartement!
Pros:

Appartement is echt een aanrader. Het ziet er super netjes en schoon uit en alles is in goede staat. De WiFi werkt uitstekend. De slaapkamers liggen een verdieping hoger en de bedden liggen prima. De zee is vlakbij en ook zit je vlakbij het einde van de grote winkelstraat dus genoeg restaurants en winkeltjes in de buurt. Het zijn twee appartementen bij elkaar, dat vonden wij een voordeel. Je kunt gebruik maken van het zwembad van het naastgelegen hotel. De eigenaar is goed bereikbaar en regelt de dingen snel en goed voor je. Als we weer terug gaan naar Platanias zou ik het appartement weer boeken!
