The food was truly best in class, with an incredible spread that felt endless. The hospitality was superb, and the 31st Night celebration arranged by Feast was nothing short of amazing. A memorable experience all around!

This review is a bit belated but I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff of Sheraton Grand Bengaluru, Whitefield for excellent service and for taking care of us during a particularly stressful time a few months ago. My father and I stayed at this property in two suites in Sep. 2025 for a week (Sep. 2-5; 7-11) when my mother had surgery at the nearby Aster Hospital. The location is perfect. The suites are very comfortable, and impeccably maintained Every single staff member I encountered was extremely courteous and professional. Special thanks go to Sous Chef Abdul (in "Feast"), who personally took care of us and made sure we were well fed:-). Thanks are also due to the friendly front desk people (including Subhadip, if I remember his name correctly) who took care of every little request, the Laundry Staff (including Bonita Thapa), and the friendly room service people who catered to my requests at all hours of the day and night, with a smile! Last but not the least, although I mainly dined at "Feast", I also had a fabulous lunch in InAzia. In short, I was floored by the service at this property and hope to visit again.

Wonderful place and food. A must visit with family, friends or teams. Bathrooms are so nice. Deserts are awesome 👍. I'll visit again

Stayed here for a staycation . Loves every bit . The brunch is amazing . Staff is very friendly and all the chef's were amazing . Definitely try the asian restaurant. Promod dubey made sure we were welcomed from the entrance itself

Location and Atmosphere of the hotel was very good. The staffs are very good.
Jambo cleaned our rooms very well and she was very friendly amd polite.

Stay at Sheraton Grand was truly memorable.. being a marriott silver member is truly beneficial.. happy hours lounge access is something that is not to be missed, great selection of food n cocktails.. Mr Tauseef and Ms Kushi took great care in serving the food ..highly appreciate their service and attitude!! Keep it up!!

Exceptional service. Very attentive to customers and the food selection was good. The ambience made it feel welcoming, keeping the perfect noise level. The location is very convenient for my needs since it’s near to the office. The rooms were really spacious and clean. Lp Krishna kumar was really good to work with. They handled our security team like VIP service!!! Very professional and worked hard to take care of us.

Really excellent support for our event at the Sheraton in Bangalore. The team helped us to keep our equipment safe and secure, and went above and beyond. LP. Krishna Kumar was super helpful, particularly during our event teardown.

Standard marriott experience but be careful of the water, somehow I thought it would be safe - everywhere else was buying bottles. By the way, there is this App in India called "BlinkIt", you can buy water and stuff which is delivered in just 10 minutes, incredible! Other than that all good.

Khushi and her team in the level 6 Sheraton lounge provide excellent service, always on hand to cater to your requirements.
