Lovely well equipped spacious apartment in a great location. Apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable.
Despite being a busy building in a lively area, it was very quiet at night. Easy access to subway stations, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.
Very pleasant and helpful staff available in the office on site and with clear and useful information in the Sonder app.
This was our second stay with Sonder and will definitely stay with them again..

I loved the location so close to the T, and having a supermarket across the road and a wine shop next door was a bonus. Plenty of restaurants close by too.
The room itself and the facilities were fantastic. I was there 8 nights and it was so much better than a hotel room for a long stay. I made great use of the washer and dryer and also loved having a dishwasher.
There was one big downside depending on your perspective and that was that the blinds are not blackout but screens only and so allow significant light through all night. I found wearing an eye mask uncomfortable so it was a big problem for me but may not bother others.

Beautiful apartment and great facilities (the kitchen was incredible!). The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. The views were stunning and the TV was brilliant too (a smart TV so you could link up your own streaming services and it even auto logs your details out at the end of your stay which is a great feature too!). The staff we spoke to were all super friendly and helpful and really made our stay in Boston that extra bit special. Extra shout out to Kelly who was very helpful in organising a hotel transfer back to the airport for us at the end of the stay!
The ONLY criticism I can offer is that the sofa could’ve been a little bit more comfortable as it wasn’t the easiest to relax on but it still didn’t affect us enough to warrant a complaint.
The room was extremely modern and great space for 5 days. Super clean and had amenities provided. Having a washing machine is brilliant and they provide pods when needed. There is a target and supermarket around the corner and plenty of food options. We liked that the area was clean and felt extremely safe. Sofa was super comfy.
The floors were not very clean. Would like to have had a floor mop available in the apartment and a vacuum cleaner rather than needing to request assistance. There were switches on the walls that had no purpose and the air conditioner was super loud.

I think for the price ; the service could have been better. Leave extra blankets and pillow in the closet.; a phone charging station; alarm clocks; etc.

2 plumbing issues - which should have been taken care of prior to arrival.
Reception refused to deal with this because I was in an apartment separate from whatever reception was. Still haven't figured it out. Had to go to a different office which only opened at 10am.

Prior to stay I needed to know which hotel (from a designated list) was closest. This was for pick up for a daytrip. Many, many emails later, over a period of 2-3 weeks, I was given an answer. Really. How difficult?
Upon booking, I was advised I'd receive access details 3 days in advance. Good because I am elderly, travelling alone and was arriving from NZ, late at night. Day of departure, no communication. I emailed. Reply - oh, when we changed ownership that changed to 24 hours. I was not advised of this. No internet on the flight. I departed ahead of US time. You do the maths! Not good enough. Luckily it turned out that there was 24 hour reception.
The location is great just a block from the Fenway T. The apartment is beautiful and modern with a normal sized kitchen.
It’s a little noisy with police sirens.
