Pros:

Anabel at Nevsky vill jag gärna rekomendera, utmärkt läge vid stans största och mest besökt gata, med restauranger och butiker runt omkring, nära till tågstationen och tunnelbana, väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

un établissement chaleureux , plein d'attention pour ses hôtes, un cadeau pour l’anniversaire de ma femme, au calme , avec tous le confort que l'on peut souhaiter.
Un petit déjeuner varié et très bon , pour vous permettre de passer un superbe journée.

Amazing Service! Friendly People
Pros:

I love this hotel. Befriended a staff lady who helped up during our stay in Saint Petersburg. Gave us valuable knowledge about the Train, among other things. In general, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They’ll even speak English if you don’t speak Russia. The breakfast was amazing. They even made stuff special food for me because of my food allergies. I would definitely stay there again if I go to Saint Petersburg. Love this place!
