Very well located in the center with all you need for a good stay.
Pros:

Central location,modern and had all you need except for some chairs for the balcony.Very well positioned and close to all the important spots, so you could access them by foot. They clean the apartment every day which is nice.Even if it is small,you have an elevator which is really usefull. Maybe they can improve the lighting of the apartment as it seemed a little dark if you close the blinds of the windows.

Cons:

I won't say thst this is bad but:
-There was a cat that cryed all night and almost all day in the building next to ours.I don't know if during the year is the same,but the uninhabitted building next to the location,as you are looking from the street to your right, must be the shelter for some abandoned cats that cryed all night.
-The parking in the area is not possible only in some private parkings,very crowded and you had to let them the key of your car during the park,that for me was not so comfy.
-The fact that you are adised not to throw the paper in the toilet could be unpleasent.

Tolle Lage, mitten im Trubel aber nur geeignet wenn man mitfeiert, für Partygänger eine absolute Empfehlung

Die absolut perfekte Lage mitten im Ausgehviertel,
die Metro nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt

Cons:

Wir waren 3 Nächte und am Sonntag wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt, jede Nacht bis 2-3 Uhr am Morgen Lärm von den Partys ( hat uns nicht gestört, wir haben mitgefeiert)
