Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable
Pros:

It was a very spacious comfortable room
Close to tram about 15min walk which takes you to peace park
The lounge area was great with complimentary drinks and snacks

Cons:

Bit far out of town

最高でした
Pros:

お部屋は広くて綺麗だった
子供のベッドガードもつけてもらえたうえ、おむつ用のゴミ箱まで準備してくださって心配りがありがたかった
ラウンジにある無料の飲食に関しても充実していて素晴らしかった
子供がいたのでサウナやトレーニングルームは使わなかったが、そちらも充実していそうだった
スタッフの方も親切な方ばかりで、総じて素晴らしい素敵なホテルだった

Cons:

子供のレトルトの幼児食を温めたかったが電子レンジがなかった
レンジがあったらさらに嬉しかった

Super Komfortabel aber abseits der Stadt
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel. Das Zimmer ist super komfortabel und groß!

Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Annehmlichkeiten wie Jaccuzi, Sauna oder die Lounge sind super.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist bisschen weit weg von der Stadt. Es gibt in der Nähe jedoch eine Metro Station.

スタッフは、最低限の事しかしないし宿泊者の立場でなにも考えていない
Cons:

部屋に有るリファの設備が売りの一部の説明が有ったが、充電が不十分で、直ぐに使えない上に、充電器やコーヒーメーカーの使用法を含む設備の説明も一切無いので、夜に来て貰ったスタッフも充電器の位置は、判ったがコーヒーメーカーの使い方は、判らず、きちんとこの内容を共有して、対応してくれと頼んだのにも関わらず翌日チェックアウトの際謝罪すら無いどころか充電は、客がするものだと言う始末、使って減った際は、此方で充電するのは当然だが最初は、満充電で、案内するのは当然では無いのか問うとウチはそう言う事は事前にしないとの回答⁉️これ以上話しても時間の無駄だと思い後にしました。

Pros:

The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow during a downpour. It was comical after a while! All in all, too much focus on luxury and not enough on the daily details.

I had a very pleasant experience that will lead to another visit to this hotel. totally relaxing.
Pros:

I found the breakfast was very good. the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room size was exceptional for Japan, the facilities (Sauna, fitness room etc.) were great.

Cons:

I really could not fault my stay. It was quiet and relaxing.

Pros:

駅からも近く部屋も広くとてもきれいでした。
路面電車までは少し距離はありますが歩いてはいけなくない距離で、電車、バスは本当にすぐ近くにあるのでどこへ行くのも便利でした。

清掃は綺麗にされていますが、アンティークな所を売りにしているので、設備が古いです。
水廻りが、気になりました。
部屋に空気洗浄機があるのが凄く良い。布団、タオルも無臭で清潔。タオルとお布団の気持ちよさは今まで泊まったどのホテルよりもgood！アメニティも良いものを置いている。
ヨーロッパ調で雰囲気がよく、長崎らしいお宿。ゆったりした旅にはぜひチョイスしたいお宿です。
だだ、市街地から離れています。ので、時間に余裕のない旅の時には適さないかも…。
