Pros:

The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow during a downpour. It was comical after a while! All in all, too much focus on luxury and not enough on the daily details.

I had a very pleasant experience that will lead to another visit to this hotel. totally relaxing.
Pros:

I found the breakfast was very good. the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room size was exceptional for Japan, the facilities (Sauna, fitness room etc.) were great.

Cons:

I really could not fault my stay. It was quiet and relaxing.

Pros:

駅からも近く部屋も広くとてもきれいでした。
路面電車までは少し距離はありますが歩いてはいけなくない距離で、電車、バスは本当にすぐ近くにあるのでどこへ行くのも便利でした。

清掃は綺麗にされていますが、アンティークな所を売りにしているので、設備が古いです。
水廻りが、気になりました。
部屋に空気洗浄機があるのが凄く良い。布団、タオルも無臭で清潔。タオルとお布団の気持ちよさは今まで泊まったどのホテルよりもgood！アメニティも良いものを置いている。
ヨーロッパ調で雰囲気がよく、長崎らしいお宿。ゆったりした旅にはぜひチョイスしたいお宿です。
だだ、市街地から離れています。ので、時間に余裕のない旅の時には適さないかも…。

酒店英式古典裝潢，有點貴族味道，樓梯間的油畫老實說有點恐怖。房內的裝潢也舊英式的，但保養得很好。房間很大，開行李很方便。早餐實在一流！非常精緻美味！

나가사키중앙역과 7~8km 떨어져있는 것만 주의한다면 뭐

나가사키에서 저렴하고 가성비 좋은 숙박시설을 찾는다면 이 곳 괜찮음.
단 렌트카 여행자에게만 추천.
역과도 거리가 있고
나가사키 중앙역과 근교여행스팟과는
거리가 애매하게 떨어져있어서 불편함.
렌트카이용자는 괜찮다고 생각함
청결하고 직원들 친절하고
더블침대 2인룸 금연룸 사용했고
가격대는 비지니스호텔값이지만
룸이 좀 더 넓고 안락했음
호텔 내부 분위기는 영국 ? 느낌 남.
새로웠음.

乾淨 舒適 空間大 CP值極高的飯店
Pros:

空間非常大 雙床房的兩個單人床已經有130~140cm 還附上軟硬兩種枕頭
旁邊還有一套小桌椅
隨附的個人用品品質非常好
雖然離市區有段距離 但附近餐廳不少
停車場空間足夠 對於自駕來說是個CP值極高的好飯店
