The entire property was beautifully furnished and had all the facilities we could ask for e.g. swimming pool
The breakfast was exceptional, and catered for vegans which was a bonus.
We had a lovely room but it did smell a little musty.

The hotel was average not a 4 star but more like a 3 star hotel and the price and hotel rooms were very basic Asian food and highly priced
It was a last minute booking and although we were not able to stay due to issues with boiler meaning not hot water and a blocked toilet when arriving, the Deputy Manager quickly investigate and agreed to a refund so we could look elsewhere.
When we arrived we were asked to pay an unexpected parking fee for a space on the property. The toilet in out room was blocked and there was no hot water die to a broken immersion that could not be resolved that day, so we asked for a refund to cancel our booking and left to find other accommodation. it took several mails to both the hotel and booking.com to get the refund,
Room was spacious & very comfortable. Spa facilities were lovely & clean and the pool was great. Reception lady was lovely, very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was cooked fresh & loads of choice.
Paying for the parking £8 due to booking online with Booking.com. I was made aware of it when booking but feel its very unfair to charge. Either all guests pay or no charge at all for anyone.

We went in the spa area and the inside hot tub wasn’t working. The sauna wasn’t turned on only thing we could use was the out door hot tub
Facilities
The staff were exceptional, polite and very helpful. The spa was a special add on to the hotel. My good lady enjoyed a treatment.
Two times during our stay we asked for fresh towels. Once when we arrived back late in the evening the room had not been cleaned. This was dealt with within minutes of us informing the receptionist.
