Pros:

Close to the town and beach. Rooms were large and comfy

Cons:

Staff use the EV charging bays to park so I had to ask them to move please. TV in one of our 2 rooms wouldn't connect to the WiFi limiting what we could show our toddler

A beautiful property staff were exceptional, beautiful food and facilities excellent value for money

A little noisy around 11pm with staff clearing glass bottle recycling and indoor jacuzzi wasn’t working properly.

Pros:

I really can’t rate this hotel and spa highly enough . The staff are really helpful and friendly. The bed was big and really comfy . The spa was excellent. As for the food in the restaurant both evening meal and breakfast was absolutely superb. We will be retuning as we throughly enjoyed our stay

Staff were lovely and friendly. Cannot fault staff. Room was nice and big and all very clean. VERY quiet hotel.

Cons:

Very expensive for what it is. Swimming pool very small and you had to book to use everything. Was expecting a lot more for what we paid to stay here. Food was nice but VERY expensive and £8.50 for a pint! Location not very central and had to pay for parking as booked through booking.com.

Pros:

Staff were all lovely. Room was very clean and comfortable and a great location in Tenby. The breakfast had plenty of options. The spa is also great. I would highly recommend to others and will be returning again for a third time.

An amazing stay
Pros:

Accommodation was amazing clean and with a huge comfortable bed plenty of tea coffee on asking for extra we were asked how many we needed lovely staff who were so gappy to help, gentleman who worked as bar staff and served our meals was really pleasant and made us feel taken care of, all facilities in the spa area were immaculate had an amazing stay meals were tasty and reasonably priced the restuarant area was gorgeous best weve ever seen
Would highly recommend this hotel close to Tenby town centre too.
