Nice, but wouldn't go again

The room was perfect, staff were nice, though we did sau we were there for our weddung anniversary and the (very helpful) lady started to mnegative comments about how it was back then (14 years ago) granted the upgrades are lovely, but I would now never spend another anniversay there - ruined some lovely memories.

Cons:

Hot tub wasnt as hot as i'd expect, had to pay £8 to park because I'd booked through 'booking.com' .. breakfast was very average (hash browns and sausage were typical frozen foods) and no better than a cheap chain restaurant.

All staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Outdoor hot tub outside was perfect to relax in after a long like ride
Pros:

We stayed here after the CARTEN bike ride. Location was perfect and the hotel is lovely. Staff were all super helpful and friendly.

Friendly , clean, impressive hotel with good breakfast and spa facilities.
Pros:

Lovely room and hotel. Breakfast very good. Was upgraded to balcony room for anniversary which had lovely view of garden . A good 20 mins walk into Tenby . Good parking at Hotel.

Cons:

Being charged extra for the hotel car park because we had made the reservation via Booking .com.

Lovely food and staff but room and spa needs updating
Pros:

The food was lovely ans was the restaurant
The staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Our room had a bad odour, which the staff said are the drainage , they added an extra air freshener and left air con on, however no discussion to switch rooms.
Also only hot water worked in the bath, needs a refit
The facilities area needs some work , hot tub has bits missing etc
Then upon leaving charged an extra £8 for parking as I booked through booking.com I have never had that added and I have stayed in plenty of hotels!!
