Fabulous stay. Perfect.
Pros:

Great friendly staff. Food excellent. Great menu and delicious and hot. Breakfast was exceptional.

Pros:

Staff were fantastic. Made our children feel so welcome as well. They were always one step ahead, seeing what was needed before we asked.

Cons:

The outside of the building didn't quite show off what was inside. Not a huge deal.

Pros:

We were struck by their desire to put guests 1st. It felt that our stay mattered to them. There was a generosity of spirit. A fully loaded tea tray in the room was especially welcome.
They really know how to look after people.

Cons:

We missed the Gideons bible in the room.

Lovely relaxing weekend
Pros:

Lovely staff, food was excellent. Room was very comfortable, clean & quiet. On arrival as hotel was quiet given an upgrade

Cons:

There was nothing not to like really apart from indoor jacuzzi not working, but staff where doing everything they could to try & fix it. However we spent time in the outdoor Jacuzzi

Fabulous stay at the Heywood spa,booked another few days before we left, due to having the best time
Pros:

The Heywood spa is stunning, so relaxing every aspect of the Heywood spa was of a very high standard.

Lovely gem of a hotel will definitely return and hopefully stay longer.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return for leisure next time., spend more time enjoying the facilities and breakfast. Lovely gem of a hotel.
