Pros:

The best thing about the hotel is the location, the indoor pool , hot tub and the breakfast was good tasty pastry’s!

Cons:

The rooms were deceiving air con just about worked beds felt like sinking sand. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Pros:

A lovely hotel. Staff were all friendly and the room was really lovely. Breakfast was excellent and we also had dinner there both nights. The food was very good. Excellent bar.

Pretty, peaceful and comfortable
Pros:

Really lovely hotel and staff super welcoming photos don’t do hotel justice, great location to get to Tenby and Pembrokeshire area would definitely come back!

Cons:

The rooms are lovely one thing I noticed was a slightest smell of damp in the room as you walked in with all the doors and windows shut but they are still clean and lovely and well looked after

Very good hotel, with excellent staff
Pros:

Good location, but a trek into town.
The spa was clean and available with a jacuzzi and sauna.
Very comfortable bed and the room was quiet.
Our room had been recently updated, redecorated with new carpet.
Really helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

If you book through booking dot com you get breakfast but then the hotel charge you £8 per day parking?

Great value for money! Excellent comfy stay
Pros:

Easy to find location, comfortable bed, extremely friendly staff that seemed 100% genuine and always happy to help.

Cons:

Sauna could have been a little warmer was only 57c would prefer it to be higher, although overall spa area is very relaxing.
Location is good approx 15/20min walk into town (mostly downhill from hotel - we got a taxi back up to hotel after dinner to save our legs)

Excellent Dining Experience
Pros:

I booked a table for Lunch for my partners Birthday, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming from the start, the service from the staff was excellent and the food superb, I would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed, we will definitely be returning again

A lovely break away and well catered for.
Pros:

The room was lovely and spacious and we had a balcony. The grounds were well kept and I enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good. It was within walking distance of the town.

Cons:

The hill to climb into the town but I know Wales is hilly everywhere so there is not much the hotel can do about that.

Pros:

The facilities (spa, pool etc) were lovely, had a nice breakfast in their classy restauraunt and the rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

Missing a couple of apps on the TV but nothing to detract from the experience.
