What a Great little Hotel
Pros:

The room was perfect, Spotlessly clean. The breakfast was included in the price with lots of options we had a cooked breakfast which was very tasty. We had a meal there on a couple of evenings and thoroughly enjoyed. An exceptional hotel!

There was nothing that we didn't like

My friend and I. Where there for a walking holiday. Very pleasant
Pros:

Downstairs decor very nice

Cons:

Jacuzzi didn’t work next to the swimming pool. Although to be fair, there was an outside one that worked apparently.in executive room apparently, but have stayed in equally as nice rooms if not better, for less money.

Pros:

Loved the town, easy to walk to and helpful friendly staff. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Had a huge room with 2 single beds as we wished.

Excellent and relaxing stay within walking distance of Tenby
Pros:

Food - a bit pricey i thought, but cooked to order and an extensive choice. Quality was excellent
Staff - couldnt do enough for you. Mandy and Carmen attentative on Reception. Elana superb in the Restaurant.
Location - In a relatively quiet area so plenty of peace and a great night's sleep
Facilities - nice to unwind at the end of the day with a swim, hot tub and sauna.

Cons:

A few minor "housekeeping" issues......

Safe was still code locked from previous occupant. Additionally complimentary room robe appeared to have make up on it. Both issues quickly addressed by staff. Also, shower took a good while to warm up but possibly oversubscribed at that time of day (teatime) ?

Good but for the price could be improved
Pros:

Great location - close to Tenby (20 minute walk). Nice to have access to a pool, sauna and hot tub. Restaurant and bar on site. Good breakfast

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable (king was two single begs pushed together and I could feel the springs in the mattress), room was fairly clean but could be better. Bad smell coming from the bathroom drain. No fridge or bottled water in the room

Excellent hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

It was easy to find, there was ample parking. The staff were friendly, and offered me a to go breakfast once I made it clear that I would be missing breakfast due to having to leave early.
I was given a complimentary upgrade to my room, which was amazing, I just wished I had stayed longer to enjoy it

Cons:

I think a lot of hotels are phasing out baths now because they take up too much room, but I’d still like to have a bath.
Also the weather was not really good enough to enjoy my balcony but that’s no one’s fault 😂

Relaxing edge of town retreat
Pros:

Brilliant reception staff. Clean comfortable room. Air conditioning was a joy in the extreme heat. Spa facilities were nice and very good treatments.

Cons:

No drawers in the room.
Breakfast a bit mediocre
Evening menu static and uninspiring - we didn't partake
On-site car parking was £8 a day

very good staff comfortable room air con available breakfast very good overall a very pleasant stay would recommend a visit if you like a good spa hotel

Cons:

restaurant can become quite busy and meals in the evening can sometimes take a little longer to arrive being informed of this by staff would stop any irritation to clientele occurring .

Relaxing, calming, beautiful
Pros:

The spa facilities were beautiful, the decor was lovely, the staff were the most kindest & friendliest people we’ve had the pleasure of coming across, nothing was too much for them day or night. So helpful & happy! We loved our balcony, the food was lovely (especially breakfast it was cooked fresh!!) the location is a 6 min drive to the beach and town centre, it’s very quiet and relaxing, swimming pool was lovely temp. Very clean, if you want a relaxing weekend this is IDEAL! Very elegant, calming and Can’t wait to go back!

We loved everything.

Pros:

Lovely hotel and spa, great room and breakfast. Short walk into Tenby

Cons:

Aircon dripped with condensation over our clothes. Staff apologised but offered no other solution than a fan on baking hot day.
