A Quirky Hotel. But overly priced!!
Pros:

I liked the layout of our hotel room it had a separate sitting room with dressing room as well as the bedroom area.
There was an outdoor jacuzzi which, was lovely and the deco in the restaurant and sitting rooms around the hotel were renovated modern in a Asian theme.

Cons:

I didn't like there was no lift, we had to pay £5 parking because we booked through booking.com it's like the hotel was making extra money from us as we also had wine. The cheapest red wine was £28 and it was horrendously cheap tasting like vinegar and 11%.
The restaurant was stunning, but overly priced for what you had, I complained about the coffee, as I had floating bits in it.
For the price we paid for the hotel, I think we have stayed in much better hotels for the price.
The pool was tiny and the indoor jacuzzi wasn't working or had no bubbles. We also had a robes and slippers and the both robes were tiny and flimsy.
This hotel could upt their game, if they didn't cut on quality, I'm sure they could achieve full marks.
As I LIked the hotel it was Quirky and different, but they came across as a top rating to themselves. when the attention to detail, the added specialties were cheap!!!!

Could be better
Pros:

Loved the staff they were so freindly and went out their way!

The pool was a good size and the room was spacious.

The bar and catering staff were amazing. The food was good and the restraunt was nice.

Cons:

The finish of the decor in the rooms wasn’t a good standard.. they could have been so much nicer than they were. Everything felt dated. The spa needs to be brought up to modern standards and more of a vibe. The plastic ceiling in the pool area felt like you was in a local leisure center more than a spa. This hotel had a lot of pottential but could be better. The spa area was very small so when it was busy with 7 couples it was full and no more could come in

Booked under misrepresentation... booked spa treatments which weren't possible!
Pros:

Room was to the standard expected for the cost, breakfast was very good.

Cons:

We booked this hotel for the spa treatments, booked weeks in advance. Checked the treatments on arrival which were confirmed, which were then paid for in full. The following morning of the treatments, told treatments for us weren't as booked, different times & different treatments. When I challenged, treatments & times booked were never actually possible as no staff in to deliver. I requested a call from the manager to discuss the following working day, it never came, clearly not bothered. I booked this weekend for my partners birthday promising spa & treatment, spa was average at best & treatments not delivered. Paying for parking without prior notice was also poor. free if booked direct, charged in via Booking.com, clearly getting me to pay their booking.com fee!

Amazing stay again!
Pros:

We returned here again to celebrate Santes Dwynwen. This place is truly amazing, the staff were so lovely and really looked after us. We really enjoyed using the spa and being able to order drinks from the pool/lounger! Food was outstanding, as well as a really comfortable room and fabulous breakfast. I can't praise this place enough!
