Transport to Disney is horrible
Pros:

Free breakfast , clean

Cons:

The transportation is a joke … you take one bus to get on another bus … you waste an hour and a half to two hours when traveling to get to Animal kingdom and Magic kingdom !!! Call get the details don’t just go off my word but please be warned and know !! We used Lyft after that first bus ride ! It was that bad :(

Okay but not again.
Pros:

The location is great. The front desk personnel were great. Hotel was clean.

Cons:

The concept of continental breakfast is good but not enough seating or food at times, not worth the hassle and extra charge when you can stay at nearby great hotels for less. Also, guest services was a hit or miss, sometimes they would answer and sometimes they wouldn't. And when you ask for a certain quantity of towels, toilet paper, blankets, etc, they would not bring the correct quantities you asked for.
