Great value for price

- Very good value for the price
- Spacious and clean room
- Convenient location, with relatively inexpensive Uber rides to Disney World
- Swimming pool open until 11 p.m.
- Free luggage storage for a few hours after checkout
- There were no problems during our stay

Cons:

- There was no safe in the room, or at least I could not find one.
- Although breakfast was included, the selection and quality were quite poor by European standards.
- I was unable to adjust the air conditioning in the room. Although there were controls, they either did not work or were difficult to use

Good but not great

Cons:

I requested extra towels but never received them. there were no luggage carts for several hours when we departed and the elevators were very slow. The ice machines make constant, very loud draining sounds. Also, the parking fee is handled through an app and if you are not really careful you can end up being charged for additional hours. Why isn't the parking fee just charged onto your room charge. I don't agree with charging for parking anyway when you are staying at a hotel, but if you are going to charge, don't make it a task that the guest has to complete through an app.

Ok hotel
Pros:

Overall, our stay was comfortable.
The staff member at check-in was efficient and worked as quickly as possible despite being the only employee on duty.
Our room was clean and ready when we arrived around midnight.
The pool was clean, and towels were available upon request.

Cons:

Only one employee was handling check-in late at night, resulting in a long wait with several guests ahead of us.
* Housekeeping was provided only every other day, which was unexpected and should have been communicated before our stay.
* The bathroom was stocked with only three towels despite our reservation for three adults and one child, requiring us to request an extra towel.
* The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan and did not provide a shower cap.
* The complimentary breakfast offered only very basic options, and the menu was identical every morning.
* There were only two elevators serving our side of the hotel, and they were slow and insufficient during busy times.
* The common areas were not well maintained, and trash cans were frequently overflowing.
* Quiet hours were not effectively enforced, as neighboring guests were loud late into the night, forcing us to use white noise to fall asleep.
* The $83 parking fee was excessive, especially since parking was unassigned and spread across surrounding lots rather than in a dedicated guest parking area. A lower rate or a better parking arrangement would have been more appropriate.
