The rooms were spacious, there was a lot of space to park our car and the location worked out great for us as it was close to get to DisneyWorld (either by car or by taxi). The staff was also really kind.

Stayed on Townplace side.
I want to make sure I leave a review as the team here was amazing. I first checked in April 9-10 before going over to the World Center. Elida was very attentive and helpful in the check-in process. I am the type of person that cleans the room before I do anything and I was impressed how it seems like the house keepers do a pretty thorough job. Because of the experience I had this night I checked back in on the 12th-13th as my flights were canceled. After sitting at the airport for a few hours I was a little frustrated. I called to confirm that I was coming since it was late and I didn't want them to cancel my reservation. I spoke with Lewis. When I asked what time the kitchen closed he let me know it was open for just a few more mins. He transfered me to Kevin who took my order and when I got to the hotel my food was ready and already charged to my room as I requested it. Love assisted with the checkin process which was smooth....even after requesting to change from a king to a double. She gave me no issues. The morning of checkout Frances helped me with a few things. The fitness center is nice. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the rooms are a lil outdated and the wipes in the fitness center wouldn't come out of the canister so we couldn't wipe down. I had to wet a towel and clean. Other than that.... a good experience.

Everything... breakfast the food was great just would have loved some grits but still no complaints, things was great.. the kids love the pool!

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Each morning for breakfast they had a wide range of food which added items changed daily. Maria walked around and refreshed drinks. She was quiet, sweet and respectful. My only frustration was that it advertised as shuttles going to all of the parks. This was not the case. The ones it went to was very limited on one time per day going and returning. We spent a lot of money on Ubers. This is the only part of the advertisement they should change. Other than that I highly recommend this place!

Gostei da localização, próximo ao Vineland outlet, é próximo à Disney e universal. Atendimento no café da manhã com a Maria. Brinquedos na área do café da manhã.

We stayed here for our family trip to Disney and all I can stay is great job staff!
Everyone was so nice and on top of everything!
Our rooms were clean and stocked up with everything we needed.
The breakfast was great too! Horianna and the rest staff was on top of breakfast making sure it was all stocked for guests and also making sure it was all clean.
We will definitely be staying here again

Very attentive staff, especially Maria. Clean hotel, toys for children. Strategic location for going to the parks and close to the Vineland outlet mall.
