My family and I had a lovely stay at the Perianth. We booked two rooms, one for my husband and me and one for our 16-year-old son, and were lucky enough to get connecting rooms. The setup was ideal, with one main door leading to a small private hallway and separate doors into each room.
The rooms were cozy but thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed. One thing to note is that the bathroom, including the shower, is made of frosted glass, and you can somewhat see through it. That’s important to know if you’re traveling with friends, siblings, or anyone you prefer to have a little more privacy from.
We really appreciated the complimentary minibar and breakfast, both of which were nice touches.
The hotel’s location is fantastic. You’re right in the middle of everything on a lively square and can easily walk to many of Athens’ major sights. We walked everywhere, from the Acropolis to the Benaki Museum. Be sure to walk down Adrianou Street on your way to the Acropolis. It has wonderful shops and is a great place to soak up the atmosphere.
Even though we were on the first floor, noise wasn’t much of an issue except for a bit on Friday night, and even then it didn’t bother us too much. I do sleep with earplugs, which probably helped.
I’ve found my new Athens hotel, and we’ll definitely be back.
Limpieza
No es un5 estrellas, cuatro sería perfecto
Centrally located facilities were great and the staff was very helpful!!

The hotel was very responsive in planning for our stay and helped organize our rides to and from the airport. When we got there, someone from the hotel came out and got our bags and they brought them up to our room. They had welcome wine and a sign for our honeymoon. They had a nice little gym in the basement of the hotel. The breakfast was incredible. They had a great spread, hot options and the best cup of coffee that I've had in my life. They were also very fast as we didn't have much time to eat before we had to get our taxi to the airport. The location was central and we had a great view of the acropolis.
I really don't have anything bad to say! I would highly recommend this property to those staying in Athens.
The hotel is in an ideal location, walking distance to the main sites including the Acropolis and surrounded by nice bars, cafes and restaurants.
Check in was friendly and efficient, with an early check in given free of charge.
The room was clean and comfortable, nice and spacious. Large TV and a small balcony.
A good breakfast selection, with a continental buffet and a few hot made to order options.
Only negative was we were not a fan of the translucent bathroom wall and door which was pretty see through
Room and hotel were clean. The restaurant was good for breakfast and lunch. It had a wonderful location that made it very easy to explore Plaka and the major historical monuments. Despite being in such a central location, noise was not an issue. We had a great stay.
Location was ok. Room size ok. Breakfast was decent
The mattress was too soft even after removing the mattress topper.
Counter tops were low. No luggage stand provided.
Centrally located - easy walk to most sites and many delicious dining options.
Clean and professionally run / managed. Breakfast was delicious.
Everyone was very friendly. Great location. Room was large and clean.
Nothing
Centrally located , helpful staff, large bathroom
Too close to other buildings
Lively location in the heart of Athens and a well maintained property with a friendly staff.
Can’t fault anything
We booked this hotel for the view of the Acropolis. We had a great view.
Our welcome was rather abrupt and cursory. The room did have a great view but was a bit underwhelming for the price.
