Needs maintenance

Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful, pool was gorgeous and location is great. However, the room had quite a strong and bad smell which we discovered was coming from the bathroom. Little ants also in the room at times nothing bad but seen a couple from time to time. Air conditioning also very weak and a bit noisy so anytime in the room was quite warm and uncomfortable (we did keep the tour to balcony and windows closed as instructed by staff to make sure it worked well) Overall it is fine for a short stay and the staff can’t be faulted but I wouldn’t of stayed much longer as the rooms are a bit out dated and need to be redone, the smell being the major turn off for us.

Das war eine ziemlich neue aber für selbstversorger sehr karg ausgestattete sehr schon gelegene Unterkunft.. waren in der Parterre untergebracht aber da konnten wir morgens unter sonnenschutz den Kaffee genießen... Eine sehr liebe putzfrau, aber die an der Rezeption angeforderten Gläser sind nie angekommen.
Im Pool sind wir nie gewesen, aber andere Schienen damit zufrieden zu sein. Würden diese Unterkunft problemlos weiterempfehlen. auch der Parkplatz der allerdings nur für maximal drei bis vier Autos reicht war sehr gut für uns. Stadt und der Kiesstrand fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar

Le bureau d'accueil ferme à 16h00! Notre chambre était mi propre, mauvaise senteur dans la salle de bain. La douche était malpropre. Pas de couvertures; juste un draps. Par contre, la femme de ménage ainsi que son fils furent extrêmement gentils et dévoués. (*) mention spéciale pour eux. Mais nous ne recommandons aucunement cet hôtel.

I liked everything---the spacious apartment, the comfortable bed and AC in the bedroom, clean pool, ample chairs and umbrellas. Lambros was an exceptional host and answered all my questions but also basically left me alone, which I appreciated. I truly relaxed for the first time in years. It was a magical place, Casa Iphigenia was my safehaven for 7 short days. Hopefully I will be back one day.

We stayed here for 4 days in July. Our stay was great and the staff including Lambros were very welcoming and friendly. This location is within walking distance of Kamari beach and has a lot of good restaurants in the area including a grocery store. Sunrise and water views from our apartment were exquisite. Apartment was generally spacious, clean and had daily room service. The pool was clean and well equipped with chairs and towels. Our kids spent a lot of time here and it is one of the best features of this place. Apartment was not equipped with good cooking utensils and did not have a microwave or oven, which was a tad bit inconvenient. Bathrooms also could have been better . Overall , our experience was great and we would go back again, mainly for the location and very friendly staff.

It was an excellent stay. Greta was very helpful. Everybody was polite and the place was just awesome.

Pire expérience hôtelière de notre côté.
Pour commencer il ne s'agit pas d'un 4 étoiles (taxe de séjour d'un 3 étoiles). Les photos et les prestations indiquées sont mensongères. En réalité il s'agit d'avantage de studios année 70 qui seraient restés dans leur jus (avec l'usure du temps inclu dans le prix). A notre arrivée, la dame de l'accueil nous annonce que le ménage ne sera fait que tous les deux jours, qu'il faut jeter notre papier toilette usagé dans la poubelle et qu'il n'y a plus personne a la réception après 17h... un bon début mais la suite n'est pas triste. Nous avons insisté pour que le ménage et le remplacement des draps&serviettes soit fait quotidiennement. Bien mal nous en a pris, la dame de l'accueil nous annonce la veille de notre départ que les draps&serviettes étant trop sales (...) nous devons payer pour ces derniers (120E). Nous avons été harcelés jusque dans notre chambre et quasi menacés. Tout simplement incroyable.

The location was great very close to the beach shops restaurants and buss stop to Thera.
The staff were very friendly and helpful with local advice couldn't fault them.

The property was in the perfect location! Quiet town of Kamari, but easily accessible to everywhere on the island via public transportation! Very close to the black beach, food, and shopping! Yvannis at the front desk was the kindest most helpful person, made the whole visit so smooth for us!!! I would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Santorini! We definitely will be staying here again!!

バス停まで近く、街に行きやすい。また、スーパーも近いので自炊する買い物は便利な場所です。
オーナーは決まった時間しかいないので、チェックインの際に不在なら、電話する必要があります。窓の右側に連絡先が書いてありますが、分かり辛いです。
私達がチェックインした際には、オーナーが来たので問題なかったです。
入ってすぐの電気が点かなかったのと、テレビの設定か音が出なかったのが少しマイナス。掃除の女性に言ったが、英語が分からないようで、直っていなかった。
近隣のホテルのように、外に洗濯物を干せるワイヤーがあるとなお良かったと思う。
オーナーは親しみやすい人で、静かな場所で快適に過ごせました。

Very good apartment hotel in Kamari, a lovely town in Santorini. Yannis was an excellent host and had lots of good advice for travelling. In terms of accommodation, the suite was gorgeous however the kitchenette was less equipped than we would have liked, but we may have been a bit ambitious... Nevertheless, I think the communication between the hotel staff and the cleaner could have been improved. Immediately after we checked in (about 2.30) the cleaner let herself into our room despite the apartment being ready. We didn't initially mind but the same thing happened around 9am on the day we were checking out, when we were still in bed. I'm sure this could have been avoided if she had spoken to the main desk who would have known we hadn't checked out yet, or if there were do not disturb signs available.
Ultimately this is just a minor thing and I would still recommend the hotel to travellers visiting Santorini!

La struttura è situata in un ottima posizione vicina al mare ed al centro di Kamari. il personale della reception parla diverse lingue ed è molto disponibile e gentile.

Wonderful modern apartment with nice pool. Very close to amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
