Good stay
Pros:

Everything, I stated in the room that’s number in the advertised picture and it was perfect for what I needed.

It’s like a mixed of Airbnb and an hotel, got access to a full functioning kitchen so can cook or microwave your own food.

I think Mary the owner deserves a good shout out, never met her but was so quick to help out.

Did the job for a night.
Pros:

Excellent message communication before hand, followed up by a call once I knew what time I would arrive.

Was met and shown to my room, which was adequate and pretty much as per what was described / shown on the Booking.com website.

The bed was comfortable enough and the Shared Toilet and Bathroom were clean.

Cons:

I was expecting a BnB style accommodation with a check-in area, but it was just a room in a house.
The 'Free Public Parking is possible onsite' actually means that there is Street Parking Available on the road outside, or close to the property.
The Hall, Stairs and Landing could do with new flooring
The shared toilet is perhaps one of the smallest I have ever visited

The friendly welcome and comfortable room will make me book again when next in Stockton.
Pros:

I was pleasantly suprised with the broadband as I had work to do during my stay. The desk, chair and sockets, along with the fast broadband, were fantastic and no hindrence at all.

Cons:

It was a shame that not all visitors that used the shared kitchen were mindful of their fellow guests.
