The location, close to the train station and 10 mins walk to the town.
The quality of the bed, which seems to be a very light frame. Only one iron in the facility which one person decided to hold on to for over one day, I had to complain several times for it to be retrieved.

La ubicación y las instalaciones exteriores.
La habitación. A parte de un baño antiguo, con una cortina de ducha que dejaba salir todo el agua mientras te duchabas, no hay privacidad...podíamos escuchar perfectamente la conversación de la habitación de al lado.
La red es tan justa que no se puede ver ni la tele...y la cama parecía que se iba a romper en cualquier momento.

The hotel had no hit water available for the clients
No había agua caliente en el momento de la llegada. No se pudo utilizar la piscina el miércoles por un evento privado. Pregunté antes de la llegada hasta que hora podíamos estar en la piscina el día de la llegada. No contestan. Nos informan en el momento de la llegada que la piscina estaba cerrada por el evento. El evento privado duró hasta la madrugada con música y ruido, imposibilitando el descanso, por la mañana, insisto, al querernos dar una ducha: NO HABIA AGUA CALIENTE. Avisamos a recepción y nos dicen que la caldera está estropeada. Bajamos a la piscina para darnos un baño: agua sucia, dudamos que sea salubre, antes mas apetecible bañarse en el Ganges. Ellos sí, cobrar toda la estancia con los servicios que publicitan.
