I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna!
Pros:

This is my second time staying here and it was great. So easy to access the main Karlsplatz and Stephansplatz areas, but much quieter.

Cons:

I think that the showers are designed poorly to allow water to flood the bathroom

とてもリラックスでき快適なホテル
Pros:

2人で泊まりましたが、部屋は清潔で、広さも十分で、リラックスできました。ウィーン中央駅からも近くてとても便利でした。
朝食もとても充実していました、ハム、ソーセージ、チーズなどそれぞれに種類があり、チョイスでしました。特に生野菜や果物などあったのが、嬉しかったです。
また、スタッフのみなさんとても親切でした。

Τοποθεσια διπλα στον κεντρικό σταθμό, με καλη συνδεση στο κεντρκαι κοντα (25` με τα ποδια αν ηθελες να περπατησεις). Διπλα στο παλατι Μπελβεντερε για πρωινο ή απογευματινό περπάτημα ή τρέξιμο…

Cons:

Μία από τις πέντε μέρες που είναι το δωμάτιο δεν καθαρίστηκε καθόλου, φάνηκε σαν το προσωπικό να το άφησε στη μέση και να έφυγε.

I’ve stayed twice (both not great experiences), I won’t return
Pros:

the property has great facilities and location. but due to not having a great stay here twice (due to the staff) I would not return.

Cons:

my second time staying at this hotel and it will be the last. I changed my booking from 3 nights to 1 night (non refundable which is fine), but the staff are not good at communicating. I repeatedly asked them to make sure that my amended booking (which I amended ahead of time) is only for the one night. The staff member I was communicating with on the booking.com chat feature kept talking about other things I did not mention. I had to confirm with her please make sure my booking is there upon check in. When I arrived my booking was not there. I had to wait for them to find me a room, which they did and it was fine. But the guy at reception was blaming booking.com for the miscommunication. It wasn’t, I was speaking to a girl from the hotel through the app. This could have been recoverable, by some empathy, taking responsibility for the mistake (instead of blaming booking.com-which it wasn’t their fault), and maybe with a gesture of good will to offer free later check out. I was always polite and understanding but this hotel is not worth the trouble.

Bien mais une application des prix difficile à comprendre
Pros:

Tout était bien mais pour y être déjà allé je m’y attendais

Cons:

Depuis mon passage précédent en février dernier, le prix a augmenté de….

Buena relación Calidad Precio en Viena.
Pros:

La relación calidad precio es buena y está ubicado cerca de la Hauptbahnhof por lo que moverse con las maletas es algo simple y rápido. Hay servicios en toda la cercanía y podes ir a cualquier parte desde ahí. El personal es excelente.

Cons:

Es un tema general en buena parte de Europa… no tienen aire acondicionado y si el clima tiene temperaturas elevadas seguramente vas a sufrir un poco tratando de dormir. Puedes usar el ventilador de techo y abrir la ventana pero no es lo mismo que tener aire acondicionado. En particular nos tocó una habitación con ventana hacia la calle y si la dejas abierta termina siendo muy ruidoso.
El resto todo ok.

Cons:

The receptionist named Vayola was very unkind, rude, insolent. She is not fit to work with people, she hates people, and it is unclear how she still works there. I was a regular guest at the hotel but I will never go back there again because of her disrespect towards me.

Gerçekten çok güzel bir tesis
Pros:

Oda tertemiz ve yeterince büyük, manzarası çok güzel. Tesis sahibi ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Oda içine bırakılan ikramlar lüks otellerde bile mevcut değil. Gerçekten her şey düşünülmüş.

Close to train station
Pros:

Walking distance to metro and train station. Firm mattress. Able to do laundry for 10euros (includes washer, dryer n washing tablet). Able to check in earlier.

Cons:

Our room's wash basin drained very slowly. No aircon but comes with powerful ceiling fan.
