La reception non è adeguata per il servizio da offrire ai clienti.Il personale, giovane, poco cordiale, a mio avviso. .Lo spazio è molto limitato per poter chiedere qualche spiegazione., rispetto ai banconi reception degli altri hotel

Goed verblijf en volgens verwachting
Pros:

Het ontbijt was heerlijk goed en gevarieerd aanbod. Gezellige ontbijtzaal.
Kamer was niet erg groot, maar voldoende. Rustige locatie, 's nachts zeer rustig.

Cons:

Er was maar 1 stoel op kamer, met 2 personen reizen is het wel fijn 2 stoelen tot je beschikking te hebben.

Op doorreis in Wenen
Pros:

Dicht bij de hauptbahnhof voor onze reis naar het vliegveld en het Belvedere voor een culturele middag.

Cons:

De bedden stonden voeten tegen voeten,dat voelde een betje vreemd voor een getrouwd stel.
