Cons:

I was very disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned properly at all during our stay. Clean towels were out in once but the bed was never bed and it didn’t really feel like anyone had been in to tidy the room. On top of this, the cost came up much higher than expected. Otherwise, the breakfast was lovely and the hotel was generally good.

Pros:

A wonderful hotel in a stunning location. The restaurant serves delicious food, offers a great selection of drinks, and the service staff are attentive and friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we have to deduct one star because we expected more from the reception staff. They could have been friendlier and more motivated, as first impressions really matter.

It would also have been appreciated if we had been informed in advance that the wellness area would be closed.

Pros:

Der Blick vom Balkon mit Sonnenuntergang ist außergewöhnlich. Sehr umfangreich ist das Frühstücksbuffet, bei dem man am Wasser sitzen kann. Einen Parkplatz sollte man unbedingt reservieren.

Cons:

Am Haupthaus führt eine recht befahrene Straße vorbei, von der wir aber weit genug entfernt waren.
