Wonderfully relaxing experience!

Oscar was very pleasant and helpful!

The location is very quiet and safe.

the location was pretty much close to everything I wanted.And the actual hotel had enough amenities to keep you interested in staying in

Food was terrific and large portions for chicken walnut salad and kids chicken tenders. Turkey club melt was delicious and they delivered the food earlier than expected! Christian was very professional and polite!

I enjoyed this hotel the pizza is good, the pool is large and nice, the arcade is nice but the credits are a little much, but they have the cool dinosaur game, and there’s an olive garden close by. All in all, I like the hotel and i would definitely go back.Horiana and Wilmer in the breakfast area were the best!

As a Marriott Bonvoy member who visits Florida several times a year, I was genuinely disappointed by my recent stay at TownePlace Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista.

Unfortunately, the room was not presented to the standard I have come to expect from the Marriott brand. There was a significant build-up of dust beneath the air-conditioning unit, the bathroom extractor fan was heavily clogged with dust, the furniture was heavily scuffed and tired, and the shower drained so poorly that it almost overflowed into the bathroom during use.

The issues weren’t limited to our room. Throughout our stay we noticed overflowing rubbish bins in both the sixth-floor hallway and the hotel car park, giving the impression that housekeeping and maintenance were struggling to keep up.

What disappointed me most, however, was how my concerns were handled. I raised them immediately after check-in because I wanted to give the hotel the opportunity to put things right. Unfortunately, I felt my concerns were dismissed at reception, and despite Marriott Customer Care escalating my complaint during my stay and advising that hotel management would contact me, nobody ever did.

Where Marriott deserves credit is in how the complaint was ultimately handled by Corporate. After reviewing the case, Marriott Customer Care acknowledged that the accommodation and customer service fell below their expected standards, apologised, and provided a goodwill refund. I was also contacted personally by a Regional Vice President, who took the time to listen to my feedback and confirmed that the issues would be reviewed with the hotel’s leadership team.

I hope the property takes that feedback seriously because the location is excellent and this hotel has the potential to be much better than the experience we received.

I remain a loyal Marriott customer and genuinely hope to see improvements, but on this occasion the hotel simply did not deliver the standards I have come to expect from the Marriott brand.

Very clean, comfortable, and great location

I have visited 6 times in the last month. I do approximately do 180 nights a year as a sales Representative This has become one of my favorite in the Orlando area.The staff is amazing remembered my name mariangel Levis lorna and had a nice conversation at the bar with billy.Room is always clean and in great shape breakfast 🍳 is always good 👍 Keep up the good job be back soon.

I especially want to thank Oscar at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and was always happy to help with anything we needed.

His warm attitude and excellent customer service truly made our experience even better. Thank you, Oscar, for your outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
