Pros:

La hall con le sale adiacenti sono pittoresche e ben tenute. Molto bella la sala della colazione.

Cons:

L’accesso dal car parking ad arrivare all’ingresso dell’hotel lo trovo scomodo poiché non c’è un viale privo di ciottoli.

Incredible room and views, great staff and memorable stay!
Pros:

It was gorgeous! Beautiful room and amazing views of the water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The servers at dinner had an amazing attitude and the food was incredible

Cons:

We wished there were more options for food after dinner time ends. It would be nice to have some purchasable options or room service longer into the night. The restaurant food could also use slightly bigger portions

Amazing location, very comfortable rooms that take you back in time. Excellent staff makes you feel like royalty! The food was unbelievable! Table service excellent. Fantastic views. Attention to detail when catering for dogs. Stunning grounds for slowing down and enjoying the wildlife. Food is high-end pricing but worth every penny!!!

Some external repairs work (needs doing), and outside of building detracts a little from the veneer.

The staff was exceptional, the property was beautiful and easy to find and well maintained. The restaurant was one of the best meals I have had in my life. Every bite was exceptional. My sister and I regret not ordering a third entree because we enjoyed ours so thoroughly. Venison was perfect and all sides incredible. The halibut melted in your mouth

Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charme. Das alte Gebäude lässt eim über die Geschichte nachdenken und nachlesen. Es ist wunderschön. Das Essen war einfach hervorragend und mit viel liebe und leidenschaft gekocht. Für uns war der Aufenthalt sehr toll. Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer mit Blick aufs Wasser war super. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Es ist eine etwas teurere Preisklasse aber es lohnt sich!

Beautiful historic hotel with quiet grounds and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

We had a very nice stay at the Bunchrew House. Our room was quiet and cozy. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both of which were phenomenal. We really enjoyed the views from property and walking the grounds.

Cons:

The hotel is very historic and so you can expect the rooms to be older, but if you embrace the charm, it is quite nice. My only complaint is that they did not have the fireplaces on during our stay. With the cooler temperatures it would have been quite enjoyable to sit by them.

A gem of a hotel in a lovely setting with excellent service
Pros:

It was located in a beautiful wooded area near the water. The hotel staff was exceptionally accommodating, friendly and professional. We were able to move rooms from two twins to a full-size bed when requested upon arrival. It is a very comfortable and cozy hotel environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our most delicious dinner. I ordered the duck and it was amazing. The pear tart dessert was creative and so tasty. Breakfast options were very nice too.

The place is spectacular: you enter through a perfectly maintained park and reach a beautiful villa overlooking the inlet.
High level the restaurant. I had dinner at the hotel and the quality was excellent, and the same goes for breakfast — I had the best scone of my life.
Overall, the location is beautiful and romantic, the restaurant very good, but the room’s cleanliness was unfortunately unacceptable, which is truly a shame.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was dirty and poorly kept; they hadn’t even emptied the bin from the previous guests. “We found hair and crumbs on the sofa and all over the carpet. Besides the cleanliness, I must point out another negative aspect: the kitchen’s extractor hood ran between two windows (the bathroom and the room) and was extremely noisy. The bathroom is small and old, but acceptable.
