A stunning setting and the meal was exceptional. The staff could not do enough for you.
Pros:

The views, the restaurant and the friendly staff. The grounds were well maintained and gave a lovely setting to the hotel. The views are amazing, you are right beside the Beauly Firth which gives you a lovely backdrop to sit outside, if the weather allows to relax or take a walk.

Cons:

We found ourselves on the third floor which although not too bad to ascend could be an issue if you had any health issues. We did not have a view of the Firth, not the Hotel’s fault never asked for one so that would have made it better. The shower pressure was not great however the water was hot. Facilities although dated, were sympathetic to the age and style of the property.

Charming, welcoming stay in Inverness!
Pros:

The charm of this hotel cannot be beat! We loved learning the history of the home from the manager and the bartender. My room was in the turret and could not have been cuter. The bed was comfortable, and all the expected amenities were provided. The breakfast served was lovely and all the staff were so nice and accommodating. The grounds were impeccably maintained and the scenery and location on the loch was beautiful. I would definitely recommend a stay at Bunchrew House if you are planning to visit Inverness.

Not enough staff to support the facility.
Rooms are nice but without heating.
This hotel could be fantastic if they have the right staff.
Excellent dinner up to the level of Michelin star restaurant.!!!!

Cons:

Because they don't have enough staff they don't offer cappuccino for breakfast!!!@
I told them we are in 2026 you could have an excellent automatic coffee machine to satisfy your customers.
In hospitality we should be careful with our services..
