L'emplacement est exceptionnel (dans une campagne romantique à côté d’un loch tout en étant près d'Inverness), l'édifice (un petit château) et le jardin sont charmants, le restaurant est excellent !

Cons:

Bien que confortable, la chambre était un peu vieillotte et la salle de bain peu équipée.

A beautiful stay on Beauly Firth
Pros:

Our stay at Bunchrew House Hotel far exceeded any expectations. The hotel itself is stunning. Located on the water, the views are stunning. Our room was one of the largest we had during our 10-day Scotland road trip and was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The food is delicious - we particularly enjoyed breakfast - and the dining room overlooks the water, resulting in gorgeous views while eating. It was a short drive into the city making for a convenient locations. Would absolutely stay here again!

Ein unglaubliches Erlebnis von Anfang bis Ende! Das Hotel war genau so wie beschrieben – vielleicht sogar noch schöner. Der Service war erstklassig, aufmerksam und herzlich, man fühlte sich sofort willkommen und rundum verwöhnt. Das Frühstück à la carte war ein Traum: frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und mit perfektem Service serviert. Hier stimmt einfach jedes Detail – von der Atmosphäre bis zur Gastfreundschaft.
Jeder, der nach Schottland reist, sollte mindestens einmal in so einer Unterkunft übernachten. Es ist nicht einfach ein Hotel, sondern ein echtes Erlebnis, das man nie vergisst.

Posto bellissimo, con il lago di fronte, sembrava un castello d'altri tempi, molto romantico. Cucina raffinata. Un po' costoso, ma "worth it" per un occasione. Serve un taxi per arrivare a Inverness.

Overnight stay at Bunchrew House
Pros:

Size of room, food was good. Location was good bed comfortable. Nice fire in bar. .

Cons:

Bit tired, breakfast service could have been better. No sauces offered and took a while to bring it when asked for. Had to be reminded to bring orange juices. Bathroom was cold - heating could have been switched on by staff when they showed us to room or they could have shown us how to do it.
