Business stay
Pros:

Traveled for business and had a great stay - want to recognize BAO - she served breakfast with a smile and went above and beyond. Rooms are very clean and bed is comfortable

Not the best bang for your buck
Pros:

Breakfast was decent . Starbucks in lobby. Morning check-in staff was friendly. Location was great . It has a little of everything family , night life .

Cons:

The check-in was chaotic. No parking. A lot behind the hotel uncovered for $50 day. The failure to disclose that it would be an Extra $275 charge/hold on credit card .

Easy and comfortable stay
Pros:

The elevators were a bit slow but the staff was helpful and friendly. Super convenient for going to and from the attached convention center.

Wonderful atay
Pros:

We stayed here for C2E2. It was great! The room was very nice, had a full kitchen. The staff was incredibly friendly. We eat breakfast every morning, and Bao was incredibly kind. She kept all of the food fresh, and also made sure to greet each person warmly. It was a great stay.

Clean, great amenities, and Wonderful staff
Pros:

Had a fantastic time. Everyone was very kind and extremely helpful. Cathy at breakfast service was not only a joy to get to know but also kept everything well stocked and clean. Every interaction with staff was courteous, helpful, and kind. We would stay here again.
