It was clean and nicely appointed.
Breakfast was lets say sub standard. They ran out of eating utensils by 9am, real dishes as well, but did supply paper plates, the waffle iron only cooked on one side fully..,you get the point. Something in our room was beeping every 60 seconds, the tv guide was an hour behind the real time and the buttons on the telephone didn't work. We notified the desk, the telephone guy came within minutes, but nothing on the beeping until the next morning.

Home 2 Suites in Chicago McCormick place was a good place to stay. In particular, Chen, who worked in the breakfast area, was very friendly and professional.

Lovely hotel, we had the best experience. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and especially Chen at the complimentary breakfast. She made sure we had all the food we wanted and was super friendly with some great records for the area. Our room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable too. The location is perfect for events at McCormick place and visits to Chinatown. Highly recommend!

I always love staying at the Home2 suite MCCORMICK. The location is great. It's connected to the MCCORMICK and that makes it very convenient for me. I also love the included breakfast. The foods was decent and good. I love having oatmeal in the morning and that workout good for me. The staff were great. Chen and Shirley both worked at the breakfast areas were very helpful and pleasant. I looked forward to see them every morning. The front desk staff also very nice and helpful as well. I would definitely go back there again if I have the opportunity.

Hotel was great! Location was right next to the museums, and we were able to get in and out easily when we needed to go further. Check in was fast and easy; super helpful with parking suggestions. And Chen took care of us at breakfast to get us started each day. Highly recommend!
