Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from restaurants, train station and bay. Spacious and clean inside too.
I tried the breakfast and it was top notch.

Exceptional service first thing in the morning.
Pros:

The service from Chen and Bao during breakfast makes me come back to this hotel time after time. Chen and Bao do great job with breakfast and are so very friendly. They make my stay enjoyable each and every time. Huge assets to the hotel.

Helpful staff
Pros:

I struggled to checkin with my liquid business card but the receptionist was patient and eventually able to help solve the issue. Bao gave excellent customer service at breakfast and created an enjoyable morning experience.

Comfortable, very clean.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. The lobby was beautiful.

Cons:

The visitors who stayed here used terrible language; wore little to no clothing . Literally just underwear and see through tights or incredibly short dresses. I did not feel comfortable with my young daughters around other guests. Also witnessed a woman screaming and cursing at breakfast on the phone. Just very overwhelming.

Pros:
