Hilton Garden Inn Chicago McCormick Place

The location was on the main road, and it was easy to reach the hotel. The room was clean overall. The staff members were very helpful and welcoming and they were always available to answer our questions about things we could dining Chicago, where to eat, and how to get to the nearest train station. They even located our lost package and kept it safely and guided us on how we can get it shipped and sent to us. Thanks again to the staff members for being so understanding, helpful and welcoming.

Room was in excellent condition and very comfortably. We appreciated getting a room that was not a floor below the dancing and loud music.

The front desk staff Jenny and Andrew were so helpful and made sure we got everything we needed. They were timely and efficient. In a world where most customer service is “I’m sorry there is nothing we can do for you” this was a pleasant surprise that good customer service still exists. Thanks again guys!

I had such a wonderful experience, and I especially want to recognize Ofentse Monyatsi for being so helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to help me get my room together, and she made sure everything was taken care of. The view from my room was beautiful, and the entire experience was even better because of how sweet, respectful, and professional she was.

Everyone else was also very nice and welcoming, but Ofentse truly stood out to me. I would definitely recommend her and would love to have her assist me with my future hotel stays. My company had many rooms reserved and she really took her time to help me with my needs and was very patient throughout. And she did it all while smiling and being very pleasant. I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Chicago McCormick Place while attending a convention, and I had an excellent experience. The hotel is very inviting, modern and exceptionally clean. The large lobby connected directly to Starbucks, is incredibly convenient grabbing coffee or breakfast before heading out for the day. One of the biggest advantages for convention attendees is the enclosed skybridge connection the hotel to the McCormick place convention center, so you never have to walk outside. The location is also excellent with several restaurants within walking distance and a small grocery store on the corner, making it easy to pick up anything you might need.
My room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The mattress, pillows and bedding were outstanding and I slept great every night. The fitness center was clean and well equipped with everything needed for a good workout. The hotel also has a swimming pool, although I didn't have time to use it during my stay.
What truly makes this property stand out is the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. The check-in process was smooth and effective and every question I had was answered with a smile. A special thank you to Vianca and Nicole for checking in on me during my stay and making sure everything was going well. Overall this is an excellent hotel that I highly recommend especially if you are attending event at McCormick Place. I will definitively stay here again on my next visit to Chicago
