I will never come to this hotel again.

The beds was clean.

Cons:

Check in time was for 4pm at 6pm my room still wasn’t ready. They said the valet parking was full. So we had to park 2 blocks away. I paid for breakfast but was told I didn’t. When I looked at the reservation it stated I did pay for breakfast. Had to go all the way back downstairs from the 16th floor. Then waited an additional 30 minutes for my breakfast voucher. The bathtub is outdated. I just need to stop making reservations at the Hilton hotel this is like the 3rd time I had a bad experience at a Hilton hotel.

Pros:

Great place to stay near the convention. Amazing customer service! Alexa at the front desk is so professional and helpful! She made sure I knew where to eat and even provided coupons.
