Pros:

Due to flight cancellations our stay in Chiang Mai was extended. As a result we stayed here for almost a month in total. We loved staying in Aphilapa Residence and were mire yhan happy to rebook each time our flight dates changed. Aphilapa is such a comfortable place to stay. The location is perfect (in the old city) at the end of an extremely quiet cul de sac. The rooms are clean and serviced each day. The beds are extremely comfortable. We stayed in three different rooms during our time there. The guest house is a beautiful wooden structure surrounded by beautiful plants. The hosts are lovely people. The accomodation is extremely good value for money. We have stayed in a number of other places when visiting Chiang Mai in previous years but this is definitely our favourite.

Pros:

This place is a gem! We stayed here on our first stay in Chiang Mai and booked it for our return a few days later. It's quiet, tucked away at the end of a peaceful cul de sac. It's exceptionally clean, has a free supply of drinking water and fresh bottles are also provided each day when the room is serviced. The environment is lovely with beautiful plants growing around the guest house. Each room has a pleasant outdoor seating area. The owners and staff are extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. The location is excellent. We will return to Chiang Mai in the future and hope that we are able to stay here again.

A charming old fashioned yet comfortable and clean accommodation
Pros:

Aphilapa Residence was a lovely accommodation located in a quiet corner of the old town, yet close to temples, great food and massage salons. It had a nice authentic feel to it, a well maintained garden and a helpful owner. Out of 4 different accommodations in Thailand including hotels with swimming pools, our kids claimed that this was their favourite:)We found the 2 bathrooms for our 5 person family very convenient and appreciated fresh water and snacks every day!

Zentrale und doch ruhige Lage. Zimmer 204 im 1. Stock mit Moskitonetz am Fenster und über dem super gemütlichen Bett. Kühlschrank. Bad mit Vorhang bei Dusche, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. WLAN einwandfrei. Stets sauber. Nette Eigentümer, hilfsbereit. Wäscheservice wurde angeboten, alles prima an einem Tag erledigt. 100 % Empfehlung. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

L'hôte Kwan a été adorable : très réactive, à l'écoute et toujours souriante. Nous avons pu arriver tôt le matin et laisser nos bagages pour visiter avant de revenir pour le checkin.
Nous avons adoré toutes les petites attentions laissées pour nous dans la chambre pendant le séjour ainsi que les conseils pour les évènements du nouvel an.
Nous recommandons ce logement à Chang Mai!!

Hôtel très agréable
Pros:

Situé dans une rue très calme dans la vieille ville, chambre petite mais bien conçue et très propre. Personnel discret. Possibilité d'arrivée tardive (heureusement car Air Asia est fâché avec les horaires).

Cons:

Dans les chambres du fond de la résidence, on entend les climatiseurs du bâtiment voisin qui se déclenchent à 5 heures du matin et se coupent en soirée. Le double vitrage n'est pas très efficace.
