Close to the beach but loud and dirty
Pros:

It is right on the beach

Cons:

The bed was like a slab of granite. Every horizontal surface was covered in thick dust (you could have grown tomatoes in the dust on the top of the tv!). Close to the road so very loud. A/C from adjoining room sounded like the space shuttle launch. Staff could at best be described as ambivalent. Bum gun leaked and there was a toothpaste stain running from the sink to the floor that hadn't been cleaned from what looked like several guests ago. We are far from fussy, but we checked out after one night sleeping on the slab! There are way better hotels for a lot less in Qui Nhon.

Helpful (no english) staff, good view, dirty room
Pros:

The room was not clean. The bathroom sink was rusty. The staff did not talk english. They were helpful to order a bus for me and told I should be ready 930 as the bus took off at 10. When I came to the hotel 920 they said the bus already had been there and left. Here the good service came in: They took me and my luggage on a scooter - chased the bus - caught it. So service was good to the extend we understood each other. Location and view was good.
Though would not recommend it due to cleaness.

Reasonable price and good location

Very near the beach and the center of Quy Nhon city. I can watch the sunrise in my room. The price is reasonable

Worth staying! (picture below is the stunning view from the balcony)
Pros:

Such an excellent location! Just a few steps crossing the road and I reached the beach, and right at the center, close to all yummy food stall. Amazing balcony as well! Staff were friendly and they offered motorbikes for rent, bottles of water for free.

Cons:

The staff helped me to call the taxi twice, and the second time the taxi driver charged me nearly 800,000 VND for round-way to Eo gio which was just around 22km from the hotel. Of course the staff had no fault in this case, just note here for someone to read and make sure you ask for the price before getting in any cars.

The beds were quite small for two people, or maybe our family were too big so we found two people staying in a four-people room suitable.

Pros:

You should give a commission discount to this hotel. Nicest location I’ve been to! That alone should make up for lack of anything else. There are different ways to stay at a hotel... Relaxing Partying or things you cannot even list.... This one is great for relaxing and brain exercise! CH

The next house is under contruction with pneumatic drills, hammer from 7AM til 4PM
Do Not Book this hotel for the next minimum 1 year
