Comfortable, good value stay.
Pros:

Loved the fancy towel & toilet roll presentations.

Cons:

Not really a 'dislike' as much as a comment, the room was small, with good use of space but with no room for a 2nd bedside table

Fab stay again.
Pros:

Always love the food here. It’s homemade and extremely good quality and value. The location and parking is great and beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The room was fine but the tv, tea and coffee station were placed under a low part of the ceiling so I did catch my head initially trying to make a cup of tea. Moved the tea tray to near the door to stop it happening.

Superb value stay in Chester.
Pros:

Very accommodating staff. I arrived late and they arranged a meet and greet with the key handover.

Cons:

The road can be heard from one of the rooms.

Look forward to returning to Rowton Poplars Hotel. Good location just outside of city centre.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable stay. Everything you need in one place. The staff are unbelievably friendly and the vegetarian breakfast was probably up there with the best I’ve had. 10/10.

I stay here regularly and love it here
Pros:

Another lovely stay here. The staff are excellent and the rooms are very comfortable there was an issue with heating this time bit Paul sorted it out straight away and got us an electric heater

Cons:

Can be slightly noisey at night people walking round and talking but when everyone’s asleep it’s perfect
