We had a wonderful stay at Rum Stars. Ahmed and his team were great. Ahmed was flexible with the tour timing and the costs were transparent from the start. Luggage was handled well. The room was clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We did not expect such a level of comfort in the middle of the desert. We enjoyed sitting on the swing while watching the sunset and sunrise. Dinner and breakfast were both good and plentiful. Drinking water was provided, and tea and coffee were also available. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return again.
Heel mooie accommodatie. Vriendelijk personeel. Maaltijden zijn lekker en veel variatie.
Loved the luxury tents with balcony and private bathroom...the evening meal cooked traditionally underground was excellent and tge after dinner chat by the fire finished off a lovely stay.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Staff superb and experience so memorable, never been anywhere like Wadi Rum! An unforgettable location- feel like you are in the middle of nowhere but attentively looked after by the family at Rum Stars Camp.
Secure parking a bonus and great tour, although next time I would probably go just for the sunset and tea rather than the more 'touristy' parts of the tour.
Chilling on the private deck looking at the stars very, very special.....fingers crossed for clear skies!
Everything was perfect — we had the most wonderful stay. The camp is located in a breathtaking setting, quiet and peaceful.
The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. We booked a half-day tour with them, and they took us to several stunning sightseeing spots. In the evening, they prepared a delicious dinner, and in the morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast before they drove us back to Wadi Rum.
We can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable experience!
Esperienza stupenda nel mezzo del deserto. La camera è spaziosa.
Ottima la cena beduina (da aggiungere al prezzo della notte)
Alcuni asciugamani forniti erano sporchi.
Upgraded pods with shower & toilet are great. Basic tents also good. Staff nice. Dinner was good.
It's was all great but outside lights on pods should be turned off so you can enjoy the stars.
Everything, place, hospitality, food and experience
Nothing
The camp is in a very nice location in the center of the full day tour area.
The executive suite is actually a small house with a veranda. Very nice, large, well-kept and clean.
The camp does not have bubbles and this gives it a charm that other camps do not have. There is a shared Bedouin tent where in the evening a fire is lit and you can take part in pleasant chats with tea always available.
Excellent typical Bedouin "zarb" dinner and equally good the barbecue on the second evening.
Attentive hospitality and superlative cordiality.
Full day tour with a very good young guide who did not spare himself and did not overlook any detail: truly exceptional! A thank therefore to our young host, the youngest of a large Bedouin family in love with the place where he lives, of which he knows everything!
Highly recommended.
Our experience was fantastic! Clean rooms, delicious Bedouin cuisine, and fascinating cooking methods. Evening campfires under starry skies were magical. Abdullah, our guide for camel and jeep tours, was exceptional - kind and skilled. His thrilling drifting added excitement to our desert adventudure.
highly recommended for an authentic, enjoyable desert experience. Don’t miss this opportunity for unforgettable
Tip: In winter, bring warm clothes as rooms can get chilly.
This is one place that could not have been any better. Imposible to have had a better experience. The tea in the sunset, the view from our terrace, the beauty of the area, the food at night,
Again, it has been an amazing stay at Rum Stars Camp. Have been there before. We had the Executive Suite and it's definitely to recommend. Your own house with a terrace and swing so you can watch the stars at night or the sunset. Own shower and bathroom. Everything was clean. We booked the 3hrs Jeep Tour what was real nice. In the evening after dinner you can sit at the fire and they offer tea. We had a wonderful time talking to our guide.
My wife and I booked a private tour and were well looked after by the young Zayd, our tour guide. He cooked us an excellent lunch from scratch, and made tea for us as we watched the sunset over Wadi Rum.
We had booked the "Executive Suite" tent, and our expectations were surpassed, as it featured a massive comfy bed, marble floors, hot shower and amazing balcony with cushioned swing! The room even had air conditioning.
I had read previously that power is only available from 7pm to 7am in the room (i.e. for air conditioning). This was true, but was not an issue, as by the time we got to the room it was after sunset (around 7:30pm), and anyways we left after breakfast, shortly before 9am, so the room did not have time to heat up.
