Nice rooftop bar with a view over Sorrento and Napoli Bay.
Pros:

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The staff and owners were very friendly and polite, which I appreciated. The rooftop bar has a lovely setup for enjoying drinks with a nice view over Vico Equence and Napoli Bay.

Cons:

However, there were several disappointments. Not close Amalfi Coast and 4 train stops away from Sorrento.The food at the restaurant was quite bland, and breakfast options were limited and of poor quality. What bothered me the most was the bedding situation—there were no duvet covers, just a flat sheet and duvet without a cover, which I find unhygienic. Additionally, the cleaning service was poor during our stay, the cleaner rinsed our cups in the bathroom, which was not very sanitary we could still see coffee marks on our cups and on the basin.
But bedsheets were clean.
It seemed like the hotel is facing some struggles, but despite these issues, we stayed for four nights, and while the setting was lovely, the overall experience could be improved significantly.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit traumhafter Rooftop-Bar

Das Domo20 Rooftop war eines der Highlights unserer Reise. Die Rooftop-Bar mit ihrer spektakulären Aussicht über die Bucht von Neapel bis zum Vesuv ist einfach einzigartig. Wir haben dort jeden Morgen gefrühstückt und am Abend bei gutem Essen, leckeren Cocktails und unvergesslichen Sonnenuntergängen den Tag ausklingen lassen. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon war sehr schön, modern und ausgesprochen sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und hochwertig, das Personal jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt war es ein außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt, an den wir noch lange mit Freude zurückdenken werden.

Cons:

Unterkunft und Restaurant bewegen sich im gehobenen Preissegment und die Nutzung der Tiefgarage wird zusätzlich in Rechnung gestellt. Für die gebotene Qualität, den Service und das besondere Ambiente empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis jedoch als angemessen.

Beautiful rooftop views, but overall the hotel did not live up to the impression created by the photos.

The rooftop restaurant and terrace were definitely the highlight of our stay. The views are beautiful, especially at sunset. The lobby is stylish and creates a great first impression.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel did not fully match our expectations based on the photos. The lobby and rooftop are beautiful, but the rooms and common areas feel much more basic than advertised. We booked a room with a garden view on the ground floor, but there was no real view, and the “garden” mostly overlooked neighboring buildings and neglected surroundings. The location is also farther from Sorrento than we expected, making daily trips less convenient. Looking back, we would probably choose a simpler hotel directly in Sorrento instead.

Great views, very quiet, outstanding rooftop restaurant, helpful staff. Rooms and beds are small.
Pros:

Loved the Rooftop Mima restaurant, and the view from the room was great.

Cons:

More storage in the guest rooms would be great - had to live out of my suitcase. Front desk staff need to be better informed about Beach Club amenities and access - for Cava Regia. Once the driver dropped us off there, there were no signs instructing us which path to take, so we went to the public beach by mistake. Also, some family members went to the Cava Regia on Saturday of our stay, and the service was terrible because the beach club staff were setting up for a major event that evening. Had the front desk staff let us know about that, we wouldn't have gone.

Pros:

A perfect stay! I spent a week here with my best friend, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hospitality at Domo20 is truly unmatched. The entire team went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome. A massive thank you to the kind gentleman who gave us a ride to the station at the end of our trip—such a thoughtful and generous gesture that really shows how much they care about their guests. Everything was top-notch. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday, we will definitely be coming back!

Pros:

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en este hotel. La habitación estaba impecable, el desayuno era excelente y las vistas son simplemente hermosas. Además, la tranquilidad de Vico Equense fue justamente lo que buscábamos: un lugar auténtico, menos caótico que otros destinos de la costa y con mucho encanto local.

Queremos agradecer especialmente a Carlo, quien habla español y fue fundamental para que nos sintiéramos cómodas desde nuestra llegada. Después de perdernos y llegar bastante estresadas, nos recibió con mucha amabilidad, nos orientó, nos dio excelentes recomendaciones y nos transmitió una tranquilidad que agradecimos enormemente. Su disposición, paciencia y calidad humana marcaron una diferencia importante en nuestra experiencia y nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidas.

La combinación de la limpieza, las vistas, la tranquilidad del lugar y la excelente atención hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera inolvidable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel . iThe service was truly heartfelt, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel was spotless, peaceful, and very well maintained. The beautiful views made our stay even more special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Cons:

The only minor drawbacks were that, while the rooms were very clean, the décor was quite basic, and the bathrooms could be better equipped with additional amenities.

Pros:

Abbiamo scelto Domo 20 a Vico Equense per il nostro 3° anniversario di matrimonio e non potevamo fare scelta migliore.
La terrazza con vista su Vesuvio, Capri e il Golfo di Napoli è da brividi. Svegliarsi con quella vista ogni mattina è un regalo. Camera elegante, pulitissima, letto comodissimo e dettagli curatissimi.
Staff: il punto forte di Domo 20. Gentili, professionali, discreti ma sempre presenti.
Colazione: vista infinita + prodotti tipici di Vico Equense. Limoni, sfogliatelle, mozzarella… si inizia la giornata così e tutto va bene.
Location perfetta: tranquilla e romantica, a 5 min dal centro di Vico e 10 min da Sorrento. Ideale per coppie che vogliono la Costiera vera, senza stress.
Grazie Domo 20 per aver reso il nostro 3° anniversario indimenticabile. Torneremo di sicuro
