Great hotel. Great staff. Nice to have the gym and pool and super comfy large rooms. Starbucks in the building and free breakfast is nice to have too.

It was convenient to everything.
I didn’t have to walk outside in rain to get to the convention center. There were plenty of places to socialize within the area. Most of the hotels are connected to the center so I was able to visit with fiends at their hotel and eat at the other places connected.
Ramones at front desk was awesome .gave us many great suggestions which we did perfect stay

Close to most things. 25 mins to airport. Great food options. Starbucks inside for good coffee options. Laundry and gym facilities are nice. Clean room.
Stayed at the Hilton Gardens and every morning Chen was there to greet everyone with a loving smile, jokes and helping hand. Whenever the waffle mix or orange juice was out, she had the replacement before you could request it. We stayed at the Hilton for a conference but the best part was having someone there that made you feel a bit more at home.
During breakfast Chen always greeted us with a warm smile with a cheerful Good morning. She asked about our stay and offered to assist us, if needed. Excellent customer service and care.
I had an excellent stay at the Hampton Inn thanks to Chen! She greeted my family and me every morning and went above and beyond. Making sure breakfast was tasty and the area stayed nice and tidy thanks to her. I would 1000% return because of her hospitality. I definitely recommend this hotel for my friends and family.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our beds were nicely made and we appreciated the new clean towels everyday. My kids loved the pool. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff member named Chen was very friendly and greeted us with a warm smile. She went out of her way to help us get everything we needed at breakfast time. She helped my kids get their breakfast and made sure everything tasted good. She was very welcoming and I enjoyed chatting with her. We will definitely be back to this hotel.
Convenient location, rooms clean, service was very good (cleaning, breakfast), and staff friendly. Friendly atmosphere. Included breakfast, on-site laundry, swimming pool, and spa all available. Close to ‘green-line’ public train and close to waterfront (ie, quick uber ride).
