Overall, good.
Cons:

I had a sore throat and asked a staff member at the breakfast buffet for a few slices of lemon. She replied that it’s not apart of their standard. I, myself, coming from the hotel industry; this was weird and a disappointment to me.

Great hotel! Parking fee is ridiculous!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfy! We didn't use the pool, but we checked it out and the water was warm!!! Loved the security features of the building.

Cons:

Paying $52 just to park behind the hotel and you weren't allowed reentry without paying again! We probably won't stay here again for that reason alone, which is sad, because we really enjoyed our stay. :(

Good stay, changes needed
Pros:

The room was large and clean. The gym and laundry room were very useful. Breakfast had a good selection of foods. The location was good for local conferences and for getting into the city.

Cons:

The disposable plastic cutlery really spoiled the setting, as well as disposable cardboard cups provided within the room. The rest of the hotel was to high standard but the disposable cutlery, plates and cups felt cheap as well as having a significant impact on the environment.

Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful throughout the hotel, the breakfast was nice and had some variety which was nice, the location was great too (close to restaurants, connected to the convention center, close to the lake and to transit), and our room was a nice size and clean and very comfortable!

Cons:

The parking is way too expensive so we ended up parking offsite and internet is only available if you are willing to create or already have a Hilton account, otherwise you have to pay.
