I asked for new towels and it wasn’t delivered
According to Booking.com there was valet parking . Valet parking had not been available for over 6 months.
The view from the 19 th floor was wonderful.
Front desk staff was not welcoming at all. They were very uninterested. Parking was terrible.
The beds were comfortable and clean
There was only one working elevator for the entire stay and it was super slow. The breakfast was lackluster and not very good. They had only one cart to take stuff from your car to your room and it was never free because of the amount of people there were.
Cathy was a great help at breakfast i stayed 3nights & every morning i came looking for her & food was very good

Everything was great. Bao in the restaurant was very nice, friendly and helpful.
Excellent service all around, especially the attention Chen gave to everyone who went for breakfast at the dining area. She goes above and beyond to assist everyone.

Very pleasant stay in downtown Chicago. Room was large and very comfortable.
Only complaint is that one of the two elevators was out of service making wait time extremely long.

It’s a great experience staying at Hampton inn for last couple of days. Very friendly staff, especially Chen at the breakfast cafe.
Hotel rooms are clean and staff is very kind. Pool was nice too, our daughter enjoyed it. One of the best part was the breakfast crew. Especially Chen and Bao helped us a lot with our picky eater. I can’t approve it enough as a mom. Thanks ladies! The only issue with the hotel was the elevator. There was only one elevator working for 22 floors and it was a pain to go between floors. Other than that everything was very good.
