Food was exceptional.

Cons:

An odd stay in all honesty. In many ways a very nice hotel, pleasant staff, and big rooms. But just little things made it different to rave about - the card machines rarely had signal. They said they accepted Amex for the rooms but then didnt on the day. I had a massage and was charged nearly double what was quoted because i asked for additional firmness, I was told it would be resolved and then no one ever contacted me. A lot of language barrier issues (but that is on me).

Je ne retourne plus à cet hôtel en tant que client fidèle le personnel fais du zèle dommage je vais uniquement à movenpick gammarth dommage très bel hôtel mais manque de savoir être mais complètement je suis désolé de dire cela
