Good hotel but staff not trained well

There’s a restaurant and they even have shisha

Cons:

Staff isn’t the best. Got asked who I was, when entering the building security literally stopped us like we were trespassing.
At the restaurant when I asked if I could get a table they replied: “za3ma bech n9ouloulek le?” Which means “so you think we’re gonna say no?” Which was quite rude.
Server at restaurant dropped a dirty fork on me which stained me and walked out as if nothing happened.

Bed bugs.

Cons:

The room had bed bugs and my wife was bitten and still recovering. Horrible hygiene.

Separately, when we were coming back from our walk, the room had the ‘make up room’ sign. We had the ‘do not disturb’ sign on. And there were suspicious individuals outside our door.

Really disappointing.
