Pros:

Breakfast

Cons:

Staff should have called customer before dissapearing with suitcases and loose items in room. Also, receptionist evicted a customer over something that particular customer had not done. Won’t ever stay in this hotel again.

Breakfast food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and polite. No issues with the staff or food whatsoever.

Cons:

Size of bed but it is not their fault. Just have a lot of kids. There wasn’t anything we really didn’t like.

It was a lovely, calming place to be after a hard day's drive.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding. Absolutely heavenly cinnamon rolls!

It was a pleasant stay. We weren't expecting a 5 star room just a nice clean one to sleep in.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The hotel and room was clean. We had easy access to the freeway to go downtown for touring and entertainment.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that we could actually hear the people upstairs walking around. We couldn't get the shade to close so we had a street light shining in our room all night. We didn't ask to change rooms because the light wasn't very bright. We were in room 333.

The front desk attendant when we checked out was rude.
There were some rags on a cart behind her desk and my husband asked if he could use one to clean the windshield on our vehicle. She gave it to him and then said he had to bring it back. He said okay and then when he took it back she insisted he give her our room number. The rag was rinsed out and just wet. I wondered if she was going to charge us for use of a "rag".

Perfect
Pros:

Favorite place to stay for an overnight getaway that isn't near downtown.
The complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower is so fabulous. I appreciate the small touches

Cons:

Our coffee pot did not work and there wasn't one we could use downstairs
