Very disappointing! We stayed there a week. Our door keys stopped working every day. Front desk was very unfriendly. Saturday morning they ran out of coffee. They said they had to wait on a delivery truck the next day. On Monday morning the breakfast area was closed until 8:30 am They said the cook had just gotten there and their oven blew up! On the weekends they said breakfast was served until 10 am but I went at 9 30 they were out of eggs and a lot of other things. I asked if there would be any more food and the lady said no, she had turned off the oven. We paid around $1,500 for the week and this is how we were treated!
Everything was great. We rolled in about 8 pm and had a nice clean room within minutes. The lady at the desk was nice and even had a smile that late at night. The breakfast the next day was good also.
The only issue we had was the faucet for the tub was loose which made it a little difficult to use and the tub drain was draining very slowly. We did tell them about it at checkout. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means.
Tripadvisor delayed our checkin due to their poor customer service with the more than accommodating person at the front desk.
The bathroom had mold growing on the shower ceiling. Probably due to the lack of a working fan in the bathroom.

Only one bathroom light worked, we had to basically pry the shower nob to get it to turn the first time. Took about 5 minutes because we didnt want to break it. Room was not a good temp to walk into. Very humid and the carpet was even damp. Most of the USB ports were broken in the room as well. Just a few little things. I would still stay here again if I ever came back thru.
I booked my sister a room online here because she wound up having to spend the night in the area. They charged me twice for the room. Once under HOLIDAYINN and another time under HOLIDAYIN0. There is something fraudulent going on here. They disconnected from me three times when I called to complain. I don't know if the problem is local or corporate, but beware.
The room was very nice and clean.
The elevator was a little confusing. It didn't stop on your floor and open unless you pushed the button at the right time.
The lobby is clean and has lots of natural light. Check in was quick and efficient. My room was clean and appointed with Dove toiletries. Two huge perks are that there’s freshly ground and brewed coffee in the lobby all day and night and they still serve a hit breakfast with those signature cinnamon rolls!

Too many issues with our room. They should have placed us in a room that was issue free
For the most part it was nice. The breakfast was great.
Our room had things wrong with it the bathroom. One of the corner shelves was broken off and laying on the tub. The tub faucet was coming out of the wall and the shower head base was loose.
There were black long hairs in the comforter.
Cleanliness and staff were amazing
Had to switch rooms because the refrigerator was frozen and got a small room then what we initially had. The toilet kept running and when the ac kicked on it was so loud
