Fun active comfortable
Pros:

Attractive decor; efficient and helpful staff, lovely breakfast, fantastic location; could rent bikes from hotel - made it so easy; extremely clean

Cons:

Only that I couldn’t open a window in my room. Did have air con but I can’t sleep with noise so was pretty hot. However we were only outside 5th floor so that’s probably why I couldn’t open it and it didn’t bother my husband at all

Un hotel con ubicación perfecta para conocer Amsterdam
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, el desayuno muy completo y el servicio estupendo, todos hablan español y eso me pareció genial.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gusto fueron las almohadas son muy altas para poder dormir.

Pros:

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful.
The only down side to the hotel is that it is very small. No closet or dresser for your things.

Cons:

Lack of space / privacy in the sink & showering area.

A charming hotel with comfy bed and lovely decor.
Pros:

Cozy decor, quiet and charming building, great location and nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Wall mounted toilet was too high for a petite person; my legs dangled like a toddler!

I was not impressed with the stay though the location was excellent
Pros:

Its location and ambience

Cons:

My daughter arrived before me and was not given entry to the room despite full pamper and a pre-check-in by me with follow up emails to say that shouldn’t room be available upon her arrival (which it was ) I would like her to have entry. She was told without my passport details that was not possible. Eventually they let her in

Additionally, I was extremely displeased with the no door on bathroom situation. This is far from ideal for non-couples! Wouldn’t stay there again for this reason alone

The “fridge” in cabinet did not keep cool. Inasked if this could be fixed and my request ignored

In our final night the cleaning service was less than impressive. The beds were roughly pilled up and not really made with the under sheets both not smoothed and pulled up over the matteees and the beds looking like the person making them could not be bothered.

The towels on the last two nights were not absorbent. Perhaps they were new towels than had not been pre washed.

Showers should contain some form of shelving so it is not necessary to bend down each time to use shower products

For the price I would have expected more

Pros:

Lovely hotel, big beds, relaxed atmosphere, breakfast, quiet, good shower, fridge in room, some gluten free options, lift from reception, very comfortable feeling overall, nice and relaxed, staff speaking English very helpful, 24 hour reception

Cons:

Difficulty in getting extra teabags for room (always managed, but seemed to be not expected to ask), breakfast seemed slightly understaffed when busy, teacups quite small

Great little hotel in the Jordaan area!
Pros:

Hotel was great and very stylish. The room was very spacious, so it did not feel cramped with all of the luggage. Room was clean and stylish - beds were comfortable and staff was friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel in a great location
Pros:

Beautiful reception, lounge & bar area and we enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was in a great location down a quiet side street but so near to the main canals

The Hotel is in a great location, very quiet and within easy walking of Dam Sq.

The Hotel was Clean the staff friendly and Safe.

The Breakfast was acceptable.

Overall a really nice stay.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. The staff are all lovely. It's an attractive hotel and easy to get to. You can walk everywhere, or take the metro.

Cons:

There could have been somewhere to put clothes to take them out of my suitcase. There were 4 hangers on a hook on the wall. Also dining at the hotel was limited for vegan and GF, though there's plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the area.

Lovely spot in good Amsterdam location.
Pros:

Good location, close to shopping and eating in the canal areas. Comfy king size bed, good shower, good blackout curtains to make it dark at night. Nice decor and the bar is a good spot to have a drink.

Cons:

I wish the room was a little bigger, pretty tight from the bed to the wall. Heated towel bar would be nice in the bathroom.
