Tolle Lage und Zimmer ok, man muss sich darauf einstellen dass die Zimmer sehr klein sein können

Sehr zentral und super schön eingerichtet! und sehr sauber plus Reinigungspersonal war extrem freundlich & hilfsbereit

Cons:

Wir waren mit Freunden dort - gleiche Zimmerkategorie gebucht aber halb so gross plus ein Zweibettzimmer - trotz zusätzlichem Aufpreis unsererseits vor Ort. Wir sind vor ihnen eingecheckt und als ich nachfragte ob wir ein schöneres Zimmer haben könnten wurde ich halb ausgelacht an der Reception und es sei dasselbe Zimmer und nicht kleiner usw. War sehr entäuschend!

Great stay for a two day trip.
Pros:

Nice decor, friendly staff, good location! Great for a girls trip, 4 sharing a room.

Cons:

Small fridge, not cold! Eveything else was good, water provided but only when asked for. Bar was very quiet, limited servers as the hotel is small.

Cozy and romantic stay in a great neighborhood.
Pros:

The Mercier Staff were wonderful and accommodating. The room was spacious, fully stocked and very comfortable. The hotel is situated in a lovely location, right along the canals and nearby several beautiful eateries and cafes. We will stay again

Cons:

The website/listing advertised a gym, but one was not available. That was disappointing. The bar and restaurant on-site were very quiet, though the menu did look good and the bartenders were wonderful when we were there.

Great hotel with friendly staff in a great location
Pros:

Great location away from the crowds but within 10 minute stroll of Dam Square. Although we only realised it later the 21 euros for the all you can eat breakfast was a bargain when compared to buying a breakfast in a cafe.

Cons:

No drawers in room so had to leave clothes in suitcase
