Beautiful stay in nature – we’d love to return
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel surrounded by nature. The location is absolutely beautiful — a rocky mountain backdrop, a peaceful river in front, and plenty of hiking paths all around. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for a few days of rest.
Our room had a lovely view, was comfortable and clean, and the heating worked very well. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
We also had dinner twice at their restaurant and both times the food was great. They always offer one vegan soup and one vegan main course — both were delicious!

Cons:

There was a slight smell of humidity when entering the room, but it went away quickly after opening the window. Also, we would have preferred a single double mattress instead of two separate ones, since the bed frame was double.

A small suggestion for breakfast: it would be nice to have a few more vegan options, such as plant-based milk, vegan yogurt, or a vegan pastry — otherwise, the only vegan choice is bread with jam, and for €12.50 that’s not much. However, for non-vegans the breakfast options are more than enough.

Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay if you love nature, peace, and good food. Highly recommended!

Goed hotel, fijne omgeving maar te zakelijke benadering van klanten.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een hele aparte plaats midden in de bossen. Je kunt vanuit het hotel prima 'hiken' maar wij kwamen voor een motortocht dus was het voor ons niet van belang. Heerlijk rustig daar.

Cons:

Door de ligging van het hotel ben je bijna genoodzaakt ook daar alles te nuttigen. Van biertje tot diner. Gedurende ons verblijf hebben we dat dan ook gedaan. We hadden alleen geen ontbijt genomen, we zijn geen ontbijters maar willen alleen een kopje koffie. We hebben dan ook 's morgens een klein kopje filterkoffie ingeschonken uit de grote kan die bij het ontbijtbuffet stond. Bij vertrek hebben we onze twee nachten inclusief alle versnaperingen en diners afgerekend, maar het viel ons wel ontzettend tegen dat voor vier kleine kopjes filterkoffie bijna 12 euro in rekening werd gebracht. Niet echt klantvriendelijk, in tegendeel.
