İş seyahati nedeniyle kaldım. Çok fazla otelleri kullandım. Temizlik, kahvaltı, personeller çok iyi. Normalde yorum yapmayı tercih etmiyorum. Ama parasının değeri çok fazla hakediyor. Teşekkür ederim.

Frühstück war sehr gut

Eğer fiyat biraz uygun olsaydı (1 kişi için şirket fiyatı 2000 tl) 5 yıldız verirdim. Çünkü diğer unsurlar gerçekten çok iyi. Ulaşım kolay. Park sorunu yok. Oda ve banyo oldukça geniş kullanışlı ve temiz. Kahvaltı şahane. Özel istekler yerine getiriliyor ve sıcak servis ediliyor. En ğst katta alkollü ve oldukça keyif veren bir restaurant var. Lezzetli seçenekler gayet uygun fiyata sunuluyor.

Great service, property is a bit old but well maintained.

Otel çok güzeldi.. hizmet harikaydi.. personeller çok ilgili ve nazikti her konuda yardımcı oldular. Yemekler çok lezzetliydi ve sabah kahvaltısı çeşidi çok fazlaydı. Herşey çok güzeldi.

The room and the hotel were perfectly clean and the personnel really kind.

2 günlük rezervasyon yaptırmıştım. Konaklamak içim otele gittiğimde kalma durumumun 1 gün olduğunu söyledim. Yardımcı olacaklarını ve diğer günü iptal edeceklerini söylediler. Uygulama üzerinden iptal edememe dr gerek kalmadığını düşündüm. Fakat yardımcı olmadılar ve 1 güne 2 günlük ücret ödedim üstelik rahatlım konusunda çok zorluk çektim. Asla rahat değildi.

Good hotel

Yatakları iki ayrı bazadan oluşmuş. Çift olarak uyudugumuz için rahatsız oldu. Yataklar ikiye ayrılıp ortası çöktü. Kötüydü. Ve bütün odaları böyle sanırsam.

Reception provided a warm welcome and are very helpful and kind. They helped sort out things that needed translations and were very obliging. Breakfast was super. Chef came out at breakfast, helped to explain the beautiful breakfast spread, and ensured that everything was ok; he even cooked a special Turkish dish to try. Thank you very much to the very kind, helpful, and hospitable staff! :)

The only, and biggest, problem (and not unique to this place so, please consider it) was that the hotel smells very strongly of cigarette smoke, starting right at the entrance. So strong that I felt stifled in my room, as if I had been trapped in a room full of active smokers. Even at minus five to ten degrees Celsius overnight, I had to keep the window open, which had minimal effect since the nicotine smell is completely embedded in the building and as such, difficult perhaps for the staff to notice as they may be smokers themselves and/or have become accustomed to the potent stench. This smell then soaks into one's own clothes/luggage. Unfortunately, this appears to be a common issue with accommodation in Turkey, as I too encountered this in many hotels. (And, guests can easily read about similar comments with other hotels).

So, aside from the overwhelming nicotine smell, this place was wonderful -- very kind and helpful staff; great location close to airport, and excellent breakfast.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the centre. The breakfast has a selection of different dishes but you need to order directly with the staff if you need your eggs cooked in the way that you may prefer. The language was a bit of a problem but you can point to the pictures !!

Very nice place, clean and good breakfast. Noisy for the rooms facing the main street.

Geniş, ferah odalara sahip fiyat-performans oteli. Şehrin merkezinde. Kahvaltı otelin kalitesine göre biraz zayıf kalıyor.

Bi gece dinlenmek için konakladık gayet memnun kaldık. Kalvaltıda yeterliydi sadece koku üst kata (5. Kat) çıkıyordu fakat odaya koku gelmiyordu. Personelde güler yüzlü.
