Desaseo, habitaciones obsoletas y humedad en cualquier habitación.
Cons:

Básicamente es una casa vieja con habitaciones, solicite cambio de habitación porque se tenia una humedad terrible y me pasaron a un habitación sin ninguna de las comodidades por las que había pagado, pedí nuevamente cambio de habitación y llegue a una habitación calurosa donde su ventilador no servía y el aseo ni hablar, las almohadas y baños llenos de pelos.
En conclusión el lugar menos recomendado

La ubicación. El hotel esta en una excelente área

Cons:

La habitación no contaba con muebles. Solo tenia las camas, la TV y el baño. El baño era muy pequeño. La primera habitación olía mal y las camas eran incomodas, pedimos otra habitación pero tenían las camas incomodas también. No cuentan con aire acondicionado y el abanico no refresca la habitación

PESIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE Y NO RESPETAN LAS RESERVAS

habia reservado la habitacion con anterioridad, un dia antes de la reserva la confirme nuevamente para no tener contratiempos y al dia siguiente que llegue me dijeron que no habia disponibilidad, cuando la habia confirmado un dia antes

Empleados despistados.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel, estratégico para la diligencia que viajaba.

Cons:

En su mayoría el personal, despistado , previo a la llegada, haber hablado con ellos vía WhatsApp ni recordaban que habíamos hablado y menos que tenía reserva por Booking. Que horror.
